I had never tried coffee from a Keurig and I must say I am very pleased with it. It is fast and simple. Coffee to me taste much better than what I had been using before.

I love this things and I don't even like coffee. My wife is a big coffee drinker. I'm more into tea and hot cocoa. The machine is crazy easy to use. It's get ready from a cold start in like 30 secs. You have your hot beverage 45 secs later. Amazing! The only real negative is that the pods can be expensive depending on where you get them. Shopping wisely. Overall very impressed with this machine.

Machine works great. you have lots of options, including a strong option. Compatible with the K-Carafe. Reservoir location makes machine smaller to save counter space.

I like the size of this model. Wish the tank was a little larger but I'm limited in space and this fits perfectly. A new update I wa swear of is with this model you can brew a k cup, k mug or carafe, kind if cool but haven't been able to find k mugs yet...

My teenagers love being able to finally make a cup of coffee at the house and I enjoy the occasional cup of hot chocolate or tea. I have been using distilled water to lessen the amount of cleaning necessary and they haven't complained about the taste. So I would highly recommend using distilled water if you can.

I was skeptical at first for how quickly and how efficiently that Keurig 2.0 COULD make a cup of coffee! It IS fast! K-cups are not as expensive as I thought they would be. Iced tea through the Keurig is amazingly close to what we buy in the store, only cheaper with our own processing!

Initially the DRM style restriction on branded cups proved to be an expensive pain. But finding a solid reusable cup for your own grinds gives this machine a second life. A few learning curves with settings so the machine doesn't clog with cappuccino and cocoa , but overall easy to use. The control for a quick cup, or small carafe on the go is great.

Just received and this K-200 Kuerig was very easy to set up. I ordered an assortment of flavored coffees and just tasted one so far. The coffee was very good...Donut Store Decaf...1 pod for 10ox of water. Can't wait to try the other flavors. The unit was larger than I thought, and holds 40 oz of water. Perfect!

We bought this unit a few months ago and have used it every morning and night multiple times. It is very fast at brewing tea/coffee and the 30oz brew cups are great! With 4 people using this 4-8 times a day it hasn't hiccuped yet. The only issue I have had is frequency of changing the filter for the water reservoir. If used a lot with hard water keep a few replacement filters handy

I don't drink that many cups of coffee per day but I want the ones I do drink to be good. The Keurig allows me to brew the perfect cup in the perfect size. No guessing. No mess. Just a good cup of coffee. This was a great investment.

As you can see by the title of my review, unlike others, I use my Keurig to make cups of tea though I do plan to use it to make cups of hot chocolate when winter gets here. The biggest selling point of this brewer for me was that it can brew cups, mugs or carafes though you do have to get the bigger k-cups that are made for mugs or carafes (I haven't seen any of those for tea or hot chocolate yet). Keurig puts out a carafe that will work with the brewer which I bought but haven't tried yet. For me, this brewer has been great but others might want one with a bigger water reservoir otherwise you could be filling it up a lot. It all depends on how much you're going to use it. I typically make only 1 or 2 cups a day with it so, the 40 ounce reservoir is fine. Overall, I've been very pleased with this brewer. It makes it very easy to fix a quick cup of black (English Breakfast or Irish Breakfast) or herbal (chamomile, lemon/ginger) tea. Tea lovers like myself might want to consider this machine when they want a quick cup.

really like the size and the fact that you can brew one cup or a full pot

Was curious with the quality and was not disappointed. The coffee is great. I like having the large selection of choices without having to go out. Recommend for people who are continually out buying coffee. But if only occasionally drinking coffee at home this might be a pricy endevour.

WE looked for a coffee maker that gave us several options, (coffee, tea and hot chocolate) and the ability to make it with ease. We found it and like it's style and brewing ability. Quick and easy to use. Your sales person and customer service person were great in the process and helped.

Purchased this for my mom as a gift when her coffee maker stopped working. She loves it! Makes the perfect cup of coffee or hot chocolate every time. Very easy to use. The only negative thing about it is the cost of the coffee pods. They average $1 a pod. The upside is for around $4 you can buy a reusable filter and use your favorite ground coffee so you are not out the expense of the pods. Then you can use the pods when you are in the mood for a a special flavor! Overall it is easy to use, convenient, and high quality. I never thought my mom would like any other brand than the one she had, but she loves the Keurig!

This Keurig is great. Very easy to use and does the job. My only drawbacks are if you have a tall tumbler (8 inches or more) it wont fit under the machine. Also, this unit doesn't turn off automatically. Other than that, A1

I brought this after wanting one for the longest time. I had some birthday money so I went ahead and got it and it is great. I enjoy being able to make coffee when I want it instead of having to buy it at the local coffee place. There are so many coffees to try. You'll enjoy this one!
