The vacuum (floor and hose) both have good suction. However the main reason I bought this vacuum was to use the hose to get into hard to reach places, do window blinds, and especially clean the webs dirt and bugs out of my window sills and UNFORTUNATELY the hose doesn’t stretch very far nor will it fit in tight spaces, and the only two accessories that came with it don’t help with windowsills. I needed the one that looks like/has a moustache. I looked online and I can buy a Shark extension piece to make the hose longer and hopefully get into tighter spaces, and can also buy a moustache that may work but its going to cost me another $50+ dollars. I’m disappointed it wasn’t included and feel like I should’ve just bought a different vacuum altogether.

excellent suction; picks up all of my cat's hair who is a shedder! easy to take off handle and do my stairs as well. Cord is a bit of a pain as it does not stay of the clip.

I’ve had this vacuum for a week. Nonetheless, it does a great job on floors and carpet. It also is considerably lighter than the Shark duo lift away. The vacuum equivalently.

Like it very much! It’s light, picks up good and is not very loud. I have a more expensive Shark, bit it is heavy. This one is easier to use.

Let me first start off by saying it's been quite awhile since I bought a new vacuum, but this one is awesome. It has amazing suction power and picked up more dirt in one use then I have seen ever from my older vacuum. The price was very reasonable considering you don't have to take a huge knock in quality. There are a number of attachments that come with it and it is extremely easy and mess free to empty. It filters the air as well and leaves the room feeling fresh and clean. The way it rolls is great as well, fits most places without any effort and although the shape is a little funky at first, it really feels natural once you start using it.

We bought a Shark Navigator over two years ago and constantly use it for cleaning throughout our home. We have four cats and the product sure keeps our home amazingly clean from cat hair and dander. The Navigator is also very simple and easy to clean. Since our two year old Navigator still works like new, we decided to go ahead and purchase another Shark Navigator for the upstairs portion of our home. That way, we no longer need to lug the older unit up and down the stairs anymore. The Navigator is also reasonably priced as compared with other similar brands out on the market.

This vacuum works really well. It maneuvers so that you can get in all kinds of places. I also love that it is so light. The only weakness is that the cord can get in the way. It isn't attached to the vacuum in the most efficient way.

I had bought a Dyson DC-59 Motorhead, but ended up returning it. The cleaning power was impressive, but having to hold the trigger continually was a real pain and the canister was tiny. For that much money, I expect more. Enter the Shark. I looked at many different models and countless conflicting online reviews. The Shark was reasonably priced and it has plenty of power. It's lightweight and easy to use. It gives the appearance of cleaning as well as the Dyson and it's less than half the price. Very happy with this purchase.

Cleans so much better/deeper than any vacuum I have owned. I love that you can see the evidence of how much dirt/debris it is pulling out of carpets (even after having just used my old vacuum on the same carpet right before using the Shark Navigator). Easy to empty. Great for stairs with the lift away and attachment included. Attachment for getting under and in between appliances is a nice bonus. Great buy for the money. I have spent more money on vacuums that didn't clean nearly as well or that were not as versatile.

The handle pivot control interface is improved over our prior used version. However I miss the longer cord and tube extensions. The brush handle pivots but still seems awkward to me. The new vacuum clearly has more suction power.

Nice little thing not to heavy or bulky perfect to take anywhere comes with a few attachments that makes it easy to use. Has great suction power and cleans well. Would recommend.

We had always traditionally purchased cheap vacuums from WalMart and finally decided that after the last one died, we would spend a bit more to get something better made. We are very glad that we did. This little guy is great. Powerful suction, light-weight, easy to maneuver, and easy to use on the stairs. The long wand makes it really nice to get under the couch too. The pivot of the head also makes it an easy thing to move around. The ONLY thing that I would have to say that I don't care for is the width of the power-head. I know that I should have seen it in the description but I didn't. It is small for sure. Great for getting around furniture but if you have a large room/house, it is going to take you some time. Perfect for smaller homes and apartments though.

It picks up everything it's supposed to plus it's much quieter than our previous vacuum and a good amount lighter too, which makes it easier to use on our carpeted stairs.

Great suction easy to use for my daily cleaning i have pets so it gets up my pets hair easlily in one pass

When I took this vacuum out of the box I couldn't believe how easy it was to set up. Then when I used it for the first time I couldn't believe the amount of dirt was still in my carpet that this vacuum picked up. And my past vacuum was supposed to be a decent model. I highly recommend this vacuum it's lightweight strong suction and very easy to change from vacuum and carpet to the chair to the stairs to a bare floor.

This vacuum seriously sucks so awesomely. I've used a Dyson and the only thing that is sucking is your wallet. Good vacuum but so d**n expensive. The suction is so good on this that they even add a little twisty thing on the handle to reduce it. I have a Yellow lab mixed with husky and German Shepherd and the dudes hair gets EVERYWHERE and ALL THE TIME. This has the option to not have the spinning brushes for our hardwood floors as to not scratch them. It comes apart in like 3 different places to make for easy cleaning in different areas. Overall, the best vacuum I think we could've chose.

The shark 360 is easy to use an very light . Does a great job cleaning an is very compact . Has a great feature for wood floors where it doesn't use the brush roller .
