Really needed to upgrade to a new vacuum and this was an awesome purchase. The suction is especially great on carpet. I have used the pet fur accessory once on our couch and it worked really well. I also like the appliance accessory for under appliances. Works great as well. Would highly recommend.

We have mostly hard surface floors with the exception of a few rugs here & there & this vacuum is a breeze on both surfaces. Easy to clean & take apart. Love all of the attachments with it as well, getting to hard to reach places & such.

This vacuum came with 3 attachments, is lite-weight, and has amazing suction. Works fine on my carpeting and bare floors. The canister is removable for use on stairs, furniture, etc. And the dirt cups is quite easy to empty. I've used it for only a month; but so far I am very pleased.

I really like that it is lightweight and it swivels. I like the different attachments it comes with. It picks up pet hair really well. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I don't like having to reach into the canister and pull out the pet hair to empty it every time. I feel like that was poorly thought out in the designing process.

In a busy, busy household a great vacuum is required, especially with two boys, a dog, a cat and country living. The Shark Vacuum has been an awesome additional. Our carpets are cleaner and softer that before. I love going from carpet to hardwood floors with ease. I now enjoy vacuuming!

This vacumn is great. It has a great suction and that was primarily what I was looking for b/c I was tired of vacumning and still having to pick things up off the floor. Definitely a great purchase. Definitely recommend. Worth the money.

This vacuum sucks… incredibly well. The only negative, low carpets cause this to become difficult to push. I had a Dyson that had this same issue. The vacuum still works in these areas, but know you may need some elbow grease

I bought this for a family member for Christmas. Her mobility is limited, but with the attachments and versatility of this product she has been able to keep her house spotless without it becoming a major chore! Easy to use, and light weight!

This vacuum cleaner is the best I ever owned - it has so much power, it does an excellent job!

Great Vaccum for the price light weight compaired to the older commercial model I was using but powerful and no more belts coming off.

I got this for my mom since she expressed a need for a new one! It’s so lightweight and easy to use! The features for the handheld vacuum is perfect for couches and chairs if you have pets that leave hair everywhere and for vacuuming the stairs easily!

Works great! It weighs more than I expected, but I'll consider it an extra work out. Need to get used to it. Like that it separates so that I didn't need a hand vacuum for my car.

I love this vaccum i have one myself but got one for my grandma because she does not have to do much pulling or pushing it is great for her she feels as if the vacuum was passing on its own with little to no effort maneuvering it .

This Vacuum is great for the price. After doing my research and asking alot of people I decided to try Shark. Everyone I know recommends Shark as there go to vacuum. This vacuum didn't disappoint. Great suction, easy to maneuver & easy to empty. I would definitely recommend this vacuum.

I was hesitant to buy base on the price. I have to say that it was an awesome buy I love it. I have hardwood floors and carpet in the rooms. It works great On both. It's light and rolls easy. I highly recommend this vacuum

This vacuum works like a charm, it’s suction can be controlled based on the floor type. It can be lifted which makes it very easy to clean hard to reach places. Along with the accessories this vacuum package offers value for the buck.
