This vacuum cleaner is incredible to say the least. I ran it through the downstairs when I first brought it home and wow! I dumped the dust container ( which opens from both sides for easy cleaning ) after the first time go around. I was impressed. Lots of stuff came out of the rug ( I'm ashamed that much came out of my rug). I ran it through again and pulled more out of the same rug. The only cons I can find is that not all of the tools can be stored on board and I wish the power cord was about 5 ft longer.

Very good to use on carpets and thick rugs. Cord could be longer though.

This vacuum was easy and quick to assemble. I had a Dyson vacuum before and this vacuum cleaner is much better.

Second time I've purchased this exact vacuum. Gave the older one to my sister and kept the new one for myself. Lots of attachments and power.

Works amazingly so far just make sure to clean it often. It’s pretty powerful to use but takes a little longer to take it apart for the hand use. Love it. Works on carpet reallllly well

Bought this vacuum cleaner to replace my Dyson that went out right after the warranty period. The Shark vacuum actually works better than the Dyson. More suction and quieter.

I did a lot of research to find a good vacuum with a good price. It is very powerful and cleans very well. The suction is strong and the quality seems great. However, I have two complaints. The base is rather small so I might not recommend for those with a lot of carpet, I live in a two bedroom apartment and only the bedrooms are carpeted so works great for that. Also, the detachable hose part's handle is a little awkward, but not horrible enough to hate it.

Excellent product super efficient and the quality and performance is amazing

Very lightweight and easy to use. Great for vacuuming up dog hair off furniture. Only complaint I have is that it tips over easily when using the hose, the whole vacuum will tip over and you have to pick it up for it to work again.

We got this because my parents have one and really like it. It is perfect for the apartment. It moves about easily, has very good suction and cleanup is a cinch.

Quality of a shark at a good price point. Wish it had more attachments, but they are easy enough to pick up.

I love my shark navigator! It is so light and flexible. The suction is fantastic. It's picking up all the dirt my old vacuums didn't. Filters are easy to clean too.

We babysat a Grand Piranese for a few months. Her hair got absolutely everywhere- wrecked the entire house. A month after using this vacuum we're still shocked it's got such massive power in the small size. I have no idea why I wanted time looking at much more expensive models. This vacuum, after a month of daily use and TONS of white dog hair is still like a mini shop vac with a very powerful brush motor.

Excellent value. Lightweight and usable by those who have mobility issues like carpal tunnel or of advanced age.
