I normally go for cheaper options but I’m glad I decided to spend a little bit more than what some of the other dustbusters cost. I find it very easy to clean floors, furniture, and car with the brushes and tools that come with it and it gets into spaces that my stick vacuum can’t reach. It has great suction and I’ve never had an issue with needing to stop and charge while using. I will probably spend the money on a shark vacuum as well when I end up needing a new one.

I bought the hand vac to use in the car. The attachments provide a different experience of vacuuming. The suction power is not as strong as I expected. However, it gets the job done.

It is light, great suction, and is a good shape and size to do every part of my car and my stairs. Also good for quick pick me up

Price Match if you can. We only use the vacuum for our pomeranian who sheds a lot and it does a great job of picking up dog hair especially with the brush. We don't use for extended periods of time (usually a minute at most) so I can't verify battery life, but has very good suction. Docking station is nice to have as well. The only gripes I have are that it is pretty loud and the side vent is pretty strong and can kick up what you're trying vacuum in the first place. Overall a great vacuum, would recommend!

I like the storage rack/charging unit which can be mounted on the wall out of the way. The pet brush is a big help getting our pets' hair off of the furniture. The removable dust cup instead of a bag is a bonus feature.

Works great for pet hair and the stuff all my little dogs track inside!! I would definitely buy this product again for a friend or family member with dogs or cats !

Bought same one from Wal-Mart two weeks early for more money. It didn't work the second time we tried it. Motor was burnt up.. This one has been used a dozen times to clean our steps. Works great!

This is a great handheld vacuum with good attachments. This is actually our second shark. Now we have one upstairs and one downstairs. It has all the power we need to pick up dog hair, broken glass and various piles of dirt. My only bit of advice is to be very careful with the battery. Once it is charged remove it from the charger until it dies. Then recharge and remove it from the charger again. We did purchase the 4 year protection plan because it covers the battery as well and it was cheap. Now we have no worries.

Wish it had a narrow attachment to get between seat and side wall in car. The powered attachment works great on car carpets. It's great for smaller jobs in house when you don't want to unravel the whole house vacuum!

We have been using this item for roughly a month and has performed well. The suction and attachements work great on different stuff from kid crumbs under the table to dog hair from our lab on the rug. I originally bought this so my kids, 4 and 2, could help me while I vacuumed, which they try but it is a little heavy for the little one. My only complaint would be that is seems to take a while to charge, but that is really minimal. Overall we use it frequently and it works well.

Besides trash this vac is awesome for pets. I have cats and it picks up the litter along with the attachments that works great in corners. Disposing of the debris is a breeze and allows you to wash the filter. Just dont use it while filter is wet you have to let it dry. The size is very idea for a hand vac its not to big that it cannot be stored in a small area.

This is the second vac I've had in this exact model, SV780 N1 14. This vac has exceptional suction! Coupled with the beater brush head, it pulls every last speck of dirt from my car mats and house door mats. The additional crevice tool gets into the edges to finish the job. The only down sides are the dust raised when emptying out the dust cup and filter, and the battery life issue. I keep the unit plugged in when not in use, and after about a year or so, I lost a great deal of power. Replacing the battery would have run about $47 including shipping, and a brand new unit cost about $10 more, so I opted to get a whole new unit. Gladly would have replaced the battery if it would have run $10-20! Battery technology is what it is! Great item - hope they have it available in another 18 months when I'm ready for another one!

Last one was ten years old and wearing out. Had such great experience with it, it seemed right to get another one. This one is even better that the prior one.

I honestly love this machine. I use it for anything I can. Its light weight and has very nice attachments. I purchased for my Windows but use on my stairs. ... couch. ...floor. ... car every place I can. This was a great investment. .. I'm glad it was visible in the store cause I just went looking for anything cheap. .. but glad I saw my new bff

This is by far the best handheld vacuum I have ever seen! It is powerful, lightweight, and extremely easy to use!

This handheld vac is perfect for small messes around the house! I used to wipe up crums from around the table and counter tops and now I use this and its great to clean up the small messes I needed it for!

It's a great little vacuum for small jobs that need to be done in-between big vacuuming. And it even has extra attachment to get in hard to reach spots. Battery seems to have long last between charges.

Love the power this vacuum has. Also lightweight and easy to use.

This is a powerful hand vac that definitely does the job of picking up all sorts of items off all types of flooring! The attachments work well. I empty it every time I use it and then wash the filter. It's kept charged all the time so that it can be used at a moment's notice. The only thing that could be better is the length of the charge.

I loved mine that I bought one for my sister as a gift. Her kids loved it cuz they can use it to clean up their small messes without having to lug out the big vacuum
