Seriously, if your going to spend $2000 on a laptop, its probably a good idea to get insurance on it, cause you never know, and who wants to eat 2 grand, lol.

The agent was very informative and provided me all the answers I needed. They went above and beyond and even gave me a deal on my geek squad warranty for my ASUS rogue strix g18 on any and all internals even if it was broken by accident. They were very kind and friendly but also smart and knowledgeable and quick to the point and did not waste my time or try to upsell me. They were honest and have integrity and they are a quality warranty I totally recommend this.

Great thing to have as someone who is accident prone on issue I have is it take more time then I would think to get stuff fixed

How are you not going to purchase this protection plan?! With expensive purchases comes the potential for expensive accidents. Thankfully I can rest easy bringing my $3k laptop to coffee shops, class, social gatherings, and just about anywhere else knowing if the worst happens then I’m completely covered.

Best laptop to buy with a 4080, with the i9 and 32 gbs of ram it leaves nothing to be desired.

Great service. Pay for this peace of mind, you won't regret it if you live near a Best Buy. They were unable to help me in store but their shipping service received my laptop within a week and was able to resolve my issue within another week. ***Might be different if they had to wait for any parts.

Probably the best purchase I've made from Best Buy. When my last laptop had an issue past the factory warranty date, this insurance plan got me fully reimbursed for the price, which allowed me to buy my new laptop.

Geek Squad service is always great. I've only used them a few times but the techs have always been above and beyond. They're so helpful and very kind. Always have solved my issues with quickness and kindness.

it has a 8gb ram soddered on which really sucks. That is the main and only bad thing I can see if the one I received. Which they didn't sodered the rams on. That way you can get higher dual channel rams

No complaints but never used ultimately - knowing I had the protection and it seemed to be a decent cost to value ratio is why I’m giving 5 stars

Extremely capable laptop, but for the price it just isn't reasonable over the 3070 variant. Would recommend if price isn’t a factor .
