    They took the time to explain maintenance. Install itself was done quickly but could have been done better with better exhaust part. Kinda hokey and popped off on first use. Easily reattached by us.

    Whirlpool Washer is not been service.

    I have been trying to get my Whirlpool washer machine fix for a month now. Whirlpool say the 1 year warranty is out. The Geek squad/ total tech continue to transfer. Its frustrated to know that's you're paying for service that you are not getting. I need repairs service as of last month. After continuing to call i finnaly got the help of a scheduled appointment finger cross.

    Havent had to use their services in depth just yet, there was an issue with the delivery being delayed and their customer service was legit and helped me through the process.

    Great stackable washer and dryer. Easy to use with all operational button in between washer and dryer for easy access for anyone. Looks absolutely amazing in my small laundry room. Only problem is the Bluetooth app setup will not work. And dryer must be turned back on after drying cycle. Nothing seems to dry completely the first time. Can't seem to get a live person at LG to talk to about it.

    Installation was overall great. they navigated a difficult door situation with ease. Forgot a couple things, otherwise would be 5 stars!

    Must clean regulary or you'll get a moldy smell

    I have owned the lg washer/ dryer for 5 months now, I'll let you in on the good and bad. The good: you can wash and dry your home in one load, and you can go out in peace. Another good is that it connects to your phone so if you're out, you know when your clothes is done. I also love how the washer is space saving and energy saving. So now the bad... when your clothes is done you need to leave the door open or moisture will build up and create a funky smell. Another bad is that you have to cleab it regularly and i mean like atleast once a week depending on how much you use it or you will get a horrid smell quickly. You can clean it which is good. One last thing, the lint gets clogged up in the back where you can't reach even when cleaned after every use and it gets moist and moldyish. Im having to take it apart to deep clean it.

    I love my Samsung washer. It’s perfect for small and oversize loads. I can control the setting through the SmartThings app and I can even schedule for my Alexa to start the washer at a certain time.

    I usually skip extended protection plans, but I decided to go with the 3-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection for a major appliance purchase—and I’m glad I did. It’s already come in handy when I had a minor issue with my washer; Geek Squad made the process simple, and the service tech was professional and knowledgeable. The plan covers a lot more than just repairs, including parts and labor, and even accidental damage in some cases. It’s reassuring to know I’m covered for unexpected problems, especially with high-value items. The only thing to keep in mind is that some claims may require scheduling a visit, which can take a few days depending on availability. But overall, it’s a small price to pay for three years of hassle-free support.

    Should be effective AFTER manufacturers’ warranty

    This was relatively easy to use when service was needed. The repairman was great and our product was fixed same day by a qualified contractor, (I am supposing is listed through your Geek squad for appliances). Although, this product carries a 10 year warranty, and the Manufacturer still covers it, the extended warranty, ought to not be effective until the manufacturers’ warranty has expired.

    Haven't had to use geek squad yet this time but had in the past, with mixed results. Before was told computer couldn't be saved but I went home and had it fixed in 2 hours. This time with geek squad we will see. 4 star was from previous experience.

    Good Plan, Make Sure Purchase after Delivery

    This plan makes sense to me for a washing machine. Hower, I plead you to purchase after the item is delivered. It srats at the time of purchase even though the item may be delived two weeks later. This caused me my warranty, due to me thinking it was based on the delivery date, and Geek Squad refusing to repair since I called with issue a few days passed the 5 year purchase date and a week before 5 year delivery date. I assumed it would be based upon delivery date. I did not make this mistake this time, purchasing a few days after delivery.

    I was told, " Your appliances are only as good as the "cheese" - the extended warranty plan. Didnt get up to 5 years, just 4.25. Was able to exchange washer for a new one. I downgraded to limit bells & whistles. We purchased parts to repair unit, which cost the same as the "cheese" because service took too long. Best Buy thinks its okay for customers to be without an appliance for up to 30 days. Its in the fine print.

    I have had to use this warranty in the past unfortunally I live in a very rural town so that a lot of the time they are unable to send a tech to me but have never had an issue they usually refund me back what I paid for the original unit and I go back to them to get a new one easy and good customer service

    Always buy extener warranty with large purchases. Only downside is that if you claim, you lose the remainin years/months of warranty and have to rebuy for replacement product. If I did not lose the extra year of coverage I paid for I would have given it 5 stars.

    Even on a busy day it was easy and quick to walk in choose a washer buy it then leave. It actually took me less time to do that than it took my husband to finish a product replacement with a pre set appointment with Geek Squad.

    I had so many problems with this dryer when first purchased. The heating element went out after about a month of having it. It was worked on about 6 different times before they replaced the heating element. No problems after it was replaced.
