Not bad
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Where to start. This has a great picture, preferably nighttime is when the colors are the best and brightest. The fan is low in standard bightness mode, and the fan is slightly louder in high brightness mode. If you are doing a presentation this will be noticable. If you are watching a movie using a external speaker you will not notice. I found the onboard media player to be finicky on certain files. I ordered a Android tv box to connect to it make up for this fault. This tv box will also allow me to bluetooth to my speakers as this model does not have bluetooth. I reached out to Aaxa and was informed the Amazon model has bluetooth but best buy version does not. The trade off is Best buys version comes with a preinstalled battery which saves you and extra 40 or so if you want one later down the road. The picture is great but unsure if its true 1080. Sure looks great, dont get me wrong, way better than the 720p model I have but as far as true 1080, im not so sure. The size of it is great, super small, not small enough to fit in your pocket but undoubtally small and great for travel. If i had to recommend I would, just not at this price. Its in my book worth maybe 300 or so.

Great little projector! a bit Old Scool.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very compact,a bit old school because it has so many ports and buttons that are a bit plasticy. It is very bright 600 lumins but would not mirror my photos in my camera unless I plugged in an Appletv box which has wifi, blutooth. This projector does not have wifi capability. You could plug your camera manually to HDMI. I needed a brighter projector but whay discouraged me was that one would use the battery, run it down and then chage it with the cord but it would not run again until batterywas recharged and since I am using it for theatre,I didnt want to take a chance with the battery dying.

Best pico projector.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best 1080p pico projector, no bells and whistles like smart apps but any device with built-in apps overtime will stop working anyway due to unable to update, very portable, sound is good for a small room but better when paired with external speakers but what do you expect from a pico device, i bought it mainly for portabilty and the 1080p and brightness, perfect for bedside projection as well.

So bright but so loud.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bright image for the size, good contrast and colors. But too loud at its bright setting. I usually set the brightness down to lower the fan noise. It's an ok buy for a small to medium theater or game room.

Great Color, Awkward Design
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: 1) This projector has great color and and is bright for a mini projector which is what makes it worth buying at this price point. 2) Interface is straightforward with three options for input; HDMI, mini VGA, and anaglog. 3) Comes with the adaptors and cables for both the mini VGA input and the analog input. Cons: 1) The battery will not recharge while the project is on, so you have to leave it plugged in when not using it to recharge the battery, this is a hassle especially since the battery lasts only 90 minutes and most movies today are over two hours long. 2) The layout of plugs is akward. The HDMI input is in the back, but the power input is on the left side, and the audio out is on the right side, so once you have everything plugged in the projecter does not sit comfortably on its stand and keeps falling over. 3) The fans when on battery are barely noticable, but once you plug it in they get rather noise. The problems is when you turn up the projector speakers to cover the fan noise and to hear the movie the speakers begin to crackle and the sounds breaks up making it difficult to hear the movie. The alternative is using a seperate speaker, but the connection is akward as mentioned above. 4) While mini VGA and analog inputs might be great to have on a larger projector, these inputs are outdated for what most users are looking to input nowadays. I would rather they put in a USB-C charge and play port so that you could directly connect your phone, tablet, etc. to the player and be able to watch your film.

Affordable and Bright 1080P Pico
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The AAXA P7 brings together affordability, resolution, portability and brightness. You can tell the resolution is true 1080P due to how crisp the projection is and I was pretty surprised at how much brightness came out of it due to its size. The fans can be a bit loud when the projector is on full brightness but it isn't anything that too bothersome. I also noticed an issue where some colors seemed over-saturated but found out that AAXA released a firmware update that fixed the issue. Overall happy with my purchase!
