    The keys on the keyboard worked when they wanted to. When you typed a sentence you never knew what would get. Computer couldnt remember what the password was.

    after installing google chrome hard drive had to format itself to repair errors which took hours....this computer sometimes just freezes.....would nor recommend it

    Started by taking about an hour to update, once updated took about 20 mins to boot up. Very slow machine, took forever to load/open anything. Returned it right away, not wasting my money.

    First try forgot my charger, Second try wouldnt fully start up, They tried to find a good laptop to match price and value couldnt find one. wasnt suprised. I returned it and i will never do buisness with best buy again. they dont know what there doing
