    I love the Geek Squad is amazing! I felt safe the whole time. Plus, they are professional and provides excellent service. To top it off, they are fast and education you how to use the products. Bobby and Aiden is the absolute BEST. They uninstalled my old TV and move it to another room and install my new tv in the family room and hooked up several of my other products

    There’s no one else I’d trust with the mounting and installation of my TV’s. They are always on time, professional and personable. I enjoy how they also make sure everything is in working order and sync up our remotes to the tv’s and other attached devices. If you want peace of mind look no further!

    I didn't know I needed this Harmony remote, but am so glad I got it!!! The salesperson suggested it & I reluctantly bought it, but only after he reassured me the Geek Squad would program it during setup at my house. Every day I am so happy that this one product replaced all 6 of my remotes!!! Saves me so much time & frustration!

    I am so glad I decided to have The Geek Squad do the installation of my new wall mounted 65" uhd Samsung TV and separate wireless sound system. It took the installer less than 90 minutes to do the complete job and show us how everything worked. Everything was neat and clean when he was finished and we were totally satisfied.

    The geek squad was fantastic. They were so helpful with the tutorial for my new tv. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them to mount your tv.

    I purchased a 65" HDTV and Best Buy had a special on this particular TV that it came with free Geek Squad wall mount installation with the wall mount included. Decided to add on hiding the wires behind the wall and purchased the kit for it. Geek Squad came prepared on the installation date. They were very friendly and professional at the same time. The installation was clean. I would recommend their service and would use it myself again even if it wasn't free.

    I've used the Geek Squad many times and usually a great job... This time he was a very Nice guy, he was on time and knowledgeable.. The reason for the low rating is I had two TVs wall mounted, one great job the second and smaller TV mounted crooked

    Was so pleased with Geek Squad with the installation of my 75" TV in Shreveport that I hired Geek Squad to uninstall it and then re-install it in my new home in New Iberia. The Lafayette store hired an independent contractor to do the work and he was so unprofessional with no true knowledge on how to install the bracket that we purchased from Best Buy. If this person is sent back to my home I would refuse service. Everything isn't always perfect but come on Best Buy. You can do better than this.

    Cut wrong size holes in the wall, cut top hole twice, my sound bar is hanging on by screws that are falling out... guys were nice and called in their mistakes so BB can fix their mistake

    Please help! I have spent over 10 thousand dollars at Best Buy this year. I have yet to have a problem until now.... I recently purchased $3000 of home theater equipment. I decided to go through Best Buy to mount and install my TV, sound bar, blue ray and harmony remote. Best sent a 3rd party installation company ( with out telling me). The night went down hill from there. They broke my TV. Dented my sound bar and used my brand new couch as a work bench. After the installation team lied and said it was a defect. They left the broken tv mounted and left. They said that Best Buy would replace it and not to worry. I have spent full days on the phone with Best Buy and have got passed around to all different divisions who said this is not their job. I don't know where to turn. I am down 3000 dollars and days of my time. Worst experience of my entire life.

    Sanus anti tip strap versus wall mount

    For most secure TV anti tipping purposes this strap works. However for my purpose to strap my expensive 10 year old Samsung UN55D8000YF SmartTV, 240 refresh, 3D, Blu-ray, I decided to keep it on the wall mount for more safety during any probable California mega earthquake. If I purchase a smaller Sony Bravia XR 43 X85J SmartTV, I would try using this Sanus strap on the Init stand. I was going to wall mount a new 55" TV, and put the Samsung on the Init stand, but I did not think that the Sanus strap was secure enough. BTW, Geek Squad did a great job installing my Rocketfish tilt wall mount and Samsung SmartTV in July 2011. Yet, I would go for a smaller TV on the Init stand with a Sanus strap that looks like my suspenders. P.S. this past year 2021, I've had to rethink, change, exchange, add to, delete, price match several of my Best Buy TV related purchases to get it right for my needs. There are too many choices, with too many tech questions to get the best at Best Buy. Go Geek Squad gods.

    Geek Squad Mounting is the WAY TO GO!

    I initially bought a 'scissors-type' mount in-store, only to have the Geek Squad come out to my home to install it, along with the large flat-screen as well. I had one idea, but the installers had others. We went though a series of ideas, each with its own pro's-&-con's until we were very sure of what the very best solution was. It was a frank and imaginative discussion, and the compromise that came out of it was actually better than the job I first perceived. They talked me out of the scissors-style rear-mounted device and the much simpler and far cheaper solution was already in their van, so it was an instant gratification moment for me! Simply put, it was far stronger, less intrusive and better looking solution that still allowed me to flex the screen vertically to enhance the viewing, depending on where one sat in the room. The Geek Squad's ability to quickly communicate the issues, provide a positive alternative AND save me money was greatly appreciated. I'd recommend a Geek Squad in-home installation every time - especially when the new purchase is bulky and/or fragile. They made the difference, and the device I 'settled for' was just right for the job without overspending.

    So after debating which company to choose my first time TV wall mount, I read the reviews first. Purchased my tv from Costco and opted for Best Buy geek squad tv mount instead. First, Costco has an outside contract with tv installers and didn't like that. In case something goes wrong I already knew it was going to be a mess working with outside contractors and Costco and didn't want that hassle. Most of geek squad reviews were mainly schedule issues, but service and install was always the best. Opted for that and upon my first install appointment, techs came, inspected, gave me advice and I wasn't sure which wall to install on so they said they will let me decide and I can "reschedule"again anytime. Guess how that went with all this negative feedback about rescheduling? Awesome! Booked another install within a week, and now the tv is set in my corner and best decision I made on my home! Thanks Geeks! And the Squad!

    I had two tv mounts scheduled to be installed the same day. As we all know scheduling can be a nightmare. I have to applaud the install team, they were booked for a big job that unforeseen issues occurred. The install team called and explained that they were running behind schedule. They called and updated us on where they were at and how soon they would be at my home. Once they arrived we explained where we wanted the mounts installed at. They gave a few suggestions and quickly installed the mounts and TV. They ran through the setups on the TV to ensure everything was running correctly showed us how to down load the apps we wanted. Great experience overall, no reason to ding the team for a issue they could not foresee.

    Chris and William were great! They gave me a call to give me a heads-up that they were on their way and estimated time of arrival. They respected the current COVID rules by wearing their masks, keeping social distancing, along with wearing foot coverings so that they didn't track mud into our home. They did an outstanding job mounting our television and hiding the wiring. They were very sociable and professional. They answered all of our questions regarding how to work our new smart television and connecting to the internet. We were very appreciative of their service.

    Due to viewing problems related to the viewing angles afforded by the original TV mount and how it affected 3D and 4K viewing, we decided to have Geek Squad wall mount our TV. The TV is a LG 75 inch UH8500 series. Although the crew arrived a little late, they were very efficient and installed everything quickly. They even discovered that the mount/TV stand had been improperly installed when the TV was first delivered, corrected the problem, and offered to cancel the work order if I would be happy with the corrected TV stand viewing angle. I decided to move forward with the installation. The Geek Squad was courteous and knowledgeable and cleaned up the job site before leaving. I am very happy with both the mount and Geek Squad service.

    The Geek Squad team Justin and Jason did an outstanding job installing my new 65" Sony TV on my existing mount and installed my TV that was on the old mount in my bedroom on the new mount that I purchased from Best Buy that was recommended by Justin from the Geek Squad. The work was done very quicker and to my utmost satisfaction. The two techs were very professional and had a world of knowledge.. I will never install a TV or any audio equipment ever again. I will leave it to the Geek Squad professionals. They will in fact come back to install the soundbars I bought through there recommendation at Best Buy. They will also be callabrating my new Sony TV after two mounts of use, another recommendation of there's.

    Highly functional articulating TV mount

    Since we prefer the flexibility of TV viewing being either in a fixed position within custom-made cabinetry or being able to move the TV at varying angles from other points in a very large room, this mount delivers effortlessly. In extending the TV mount, it opens comfortable viewing to a larger audience so no one misses the programming from any vantage point. Also, to assure additional safety, Drew Alpuerto of the Geek Squad reinforced the space behind the cabinet back panel prior to installing the TV mount. With numerous news accounts of inadequately secured heavy items falling on children and pets, we were grateful that this additional service was provided.

    I wanted to be sure and thank the pair of Geek Squad installers who came and removed my pre existing 55" TV from the wall and hung my new 65" 4k TV on the wall. I had to leave for work and rather than try to have my elderly mother explain what she doesn't understand, I left directions printed out to follow. They followed it to a T !! I couldn't have been more pleased. They cleaned up and even sent me a text message with a picture of new TV hung up. Making sure I was happy with the way it was done. Great tech! That is so appreciated and professional. Thanks so much to the installers.
