Great experience starting with est eta. Joe and George were on time with the tracker and communicated once in route. When they arrived, they were professional and polite. They walked us thru the process. Joe did an amazing job mounting the TV (twice) to get it to the perfect height for us. George then jumped in setting up the TV and Sonos arc. We could not be happier with the install. They went above and beyond. While George was setting up the TV, Joe set up my 2nd computer monitor. Thanks for a great experience!

Thanks to Mathew D and his crew. Great service and very knowledgeable. They came on time and surveyed the installation process. Let me know what was going to be done. Installation done within a reasonable timeframe and done well. Any concerns with installation were addressed. They also left everything clean an everything moved out of work area and returned after job done. I was very impressed. Would recommend them to me friends and family.

Excellent work installing two speakers to the ceiling of my media room. They also installed a midrange speaker under my television. All were hooked up and checked out with receiver and television. The team demonstrated Dolby surround sound so to confirm that all were in working order. The space was cleaned up well and the team answered all my questions.

Great customer service for the guys that came out!! Robert (Kevin) Larkin and Rob know there stuff. I wanted my speakers a certain way and the explained how it wouldn’t sound right. They told me what they recommend. I went with the recommendation and just WOW! It sounds so amazing. The wife and I are just amazed on how good it sounds no matter if we are watching normal tv, a movie or just listening to music. This was a multiple in wall and ceiling install. BestBuy scheduled it for 8 hours but once Kevin came out and knew what he had to do, he got Rob on the phone and said he would need help to get it all done before 8 hours. Rob showed up and with 3 other guys and they knocked it out in what seemed like no time. We couldn’t be more happy. Amazing job, with great attention to details. Everything was done so clean.

Agents did an amazing job for setting up my entire home theater. All my heavy stuff was in the garage and they moved everything, unpacked and installed each and every item. They had tons of experience in every aspect and were able to respond to all my queries. They suggested some missing SKUs like spike and also asked to return some items which are not required in my current installation. Next day, I saw a small fold in my projector screen and I contacted them. He came back and fixed that. Can't ask for more. Geek Squad rocks !!

The install was professional and matches the home decor. They cleaned up and explained how to use. The service was outstanding. Installed 5.1 system in family rrom and suggested Sonos SL one speakers for on the counter - look and sound great. Also installed two ceiling speakers for 9.2 suround sound overhead speakers in my home theater. Look as good as what was installed by the builder. Were able to install and run wires with no issues. Very professional and high quality. Look and sound great

Superior job of installation. Recomendations for correct devices for my room, best location for best sound all great input. In the end install was flawless. Cleaned up after finished. Explained how to use. Love my new Family room Suround 5.1 Sonos Arc Sub and SL one speakers. Also set it up to play on my whole home audio. Wizards - very good technically and artistically helpful with placment to match decor.

There were three Geek Squad Agent that install six speakers different areas of my home and mounted a TV over the fireplace. These three agents showed professionalism, very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the installation. They took the time to explain what they were doing and was very patient with me in explaining the system to me and how to work the controller. This team showed was the best team ever. They represented Best Buy well. I couldn’t have asked for a better team than this team. Thank you all so much. I am extremely satisfied. The speakers look Great .

Best service ever. It was completely professional, customer oriented and genuine advice from geek squad personnel mr. Dalton. I am amazed how he handled the most difficult task in my home to install ceiling speakers. I am completely impressed.

Ed was very professional, installation was quick and neat. Ed explained how to operate and when I had a follow up question a day or so later, I got a quick response.

The guys took the time to evaluate best location for sound and did an excellent job on the install. Sound quality is amazing and the ceiling speakers are concealed yet look very good.
