Upside: the wheel setup is great, like a desk chair, much steadier and easier to move across carpet than the carts with 4 wheels on cross bars.
Neutral: the up and down adjustment is quick, but requires some force.
Downside: the steel bar at the top is coated with lubricant (consistency of vaseline) and is exposed. Otherwise it's a great product.
