    We purchased this chair online and when it was delivered it had missing parts. We returned it to the store for a replacement. The hydraulic canister used to raise and lower the chair has failed after 8 months and we rarely raise or lower the chair. It will not raise at all now.

    Cannot speak to quality of the chair. When we got it home and open, the chaor/box appeared to have been opened, repacked, and resealed before. No packing list of parts and no instructions for assembly. We don't even know of all the parts were there. We returned to BestBuy store for easy refund, but very disappointed at what we received as our purchase.
