Customers are impressed with the Echo (4th Gen)'s sound quality, ease of use, and design. Many appreciate its compact size and the improved bass response, along with its functionality as a smart home hub. Nice upgrade on the smart speaker
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If your looking at smart speakers with decent sound quality this is a good option. We listen to a variety of music from classic to blues to pop to rock and the speaker does a good job producing a quality sound with a clean bass sound. The rest of the functions take a little time and research to explore and set-up but once set-up are easy to use.

SUPERB BEST ALEXA YET
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Amazon Echo (4th Gen) with premium sound, a smart home hub, and Alexa is a versatile device that combines multiple features in one. The sound quality has been improved compared to previous generations, offering a richer bass and clearer vocals, which makes it great for music and voice commands. The smart home hub functionality allows you to control various smart devices, like lights and thermostats, directly through Alexa without needing a separate hub. Alexa, Amazon’s virtual assistant, responds quickly and accurately to voice commands, whether you’re asking for weather updates, playing music, or controlling your smart home devices. The Echo also supports multi-room audio, so you can link multiple Echo devices for a more connected experience throughout your home. Design-wise, the Echo (4th Gen) has a spherical shape with a fabric covering, which gives it a modern look that fits in with most home decors. It’s easy to set up and use, and the sound performance is impressive for its size. Overall, the Amazon Echo (4th Gen) is a solid choice for anyone looking for a smart speaker with great sound and seamless integration with smart home devices. It’s especially good for those who are already using Alexa or have a home with other smart gadgets.

The Echo 4th gen is definitely a winner!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I also have a 5th generation Echo Dot, which I have liked for many months. Streaming music to the Dot was very satisfactory, especially considering its size. One of the Dot's pluses is its digital display, for time and temperature etc. I had been curious about the Echo 4th gen for quite a while, reading many YouTube and user reviews. I decided to order a black Echo 4th gen, although I had been waiting to see if there was an Echo 5th gen, hoping it might have a digital display, like the Dot's. No new Echo 5th generation was announced. The Echo 4th gen never ceases to amaze me! I have two costly audio systems in my office for serious listening times. I have to admit that, although the Echo 4th gen really doesn't match the other audio systems, it certainly more than satisfies for casual listening. I find myself turning to the Echo 4 more often than my other systems as audio quality is VERY good, great bass as compared to the Dot and definitely more room filling sound, without the hassles of needing to turn multiple pieces of equipment on, to listen. No clock but I bought a big round 14" clock to hang above my computer monitor, which I really enjoy! The Echo 4th gen is definitely a winner and I can't underestimate all the things it can do! A great purchase!

An all around great upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was surprised how something so small could sound that good. The bass is surprisingly deep and you can feel the beat. I have a first gen echo in my living room and a dot in my bedroom. The sound from the dot ìs too tinny for my taste so when a 4th gen echo went on sale i decided to buy it. Glad I did because not only is the sound way better but the device seems faster and smarter. The setup was fast, easy and flawless. If you can buy one do it, you won't be sorry.

Bought two on sale for Stereo sound
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought two of these on sale for almost fifty percent off and am more than pleased with the Stereo sound (after pairing them in the Alexa app). My only gripe is software related (which may be fixed in an update) in which switching from music to news and then back to music - the two channel Stereo mode ends and I have to restart to get back into Stereo mode. Two speakers in Stereo have more bass than I had expected and I’m glad I didnt spend more money on a subwoofer

Great little Speaker!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really great sound compared to the other Echo Dots. Our use of this specific Echo Dot was to play low level relaxation/meditation music in our Massage chair room. It works wonderfully for that purpose prose but we’ve also tied it into our whole house “Everywhere” group so that it can play whatever we are listen while cleaning or having guests. Really decent treble and a substantial amount of base for a little speaker. Definitely worth the extra money to get the sound that you get from this. Paired with another speaker like itself and an Echo sub it might just be your go to speakers for your entertainment area.

It’s great for playing music with the wonderful sound quality and bass it provides, wonderful at helping my employees stay on a cleaning schedule with daily reminders I can set through the Alexa app and last but not least, at any moment I can drop in on the store using the Alexa app, I can speak and listen to the cashiers at any time.

Buy it.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound is so good. There’s enough bass on this small speaker. Oh, and I just discovered that it also has built in eero wifi extender) if you have eero routers at home, this will extend your network.

Alexa 4th gen
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The 4th gen Alexa has a great sound. Plenty of bass. I generally turn it down. Works great for notifying you of Amazon packages. A solid product. Even more so if you can catch it on sale.

||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound great. Up the bass and you don’t need to add a sub. Put one in every room, and play their group at volume 1. Great sound everywhere.

Audiophile quality sound, Quality build, Nice valu
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Echo was packed tight and well protected. As usual, the Echo is very well built and solid like most of their products. The sound was superb...the sound can fill the room and sound nice and clear with deep smooth bass. I paired with the Sub Bass. It sounded even better. The quality sound can compete with more expensive brand named sound systems. Amazon has done a nice job with this.

Best Echo Yet!
||Posted . Great sound for the size of the speaker
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for a Christmas present for my friends granddaughter who fell in love with my home automation this also can with a free Bluetooth light bulb that will allow her to set it up in her room. Speaker sound is very nice, nice bass and pretty loud for the size of the speaker. I gave an extra Bluetooth light bulb so she has 2 things to control with the echo dot and Alexa.
