Surprisingly disappointing

- Let the charger sit for 5 min without being plugged into the outlet and without anything plugged into the charger itself. This resets the charger and might solve the issue.
- Try another cable and a different outlet.

A charger block that doesn't charge

very weird experience

So, I drove to report and get it refunded immediately. after getting it refunded, anyway, I needed to have the same or similar one, so I went to the same spot for it, but another same box also has no product inside of it. Why there is no shielding tape on the box. I asked him to report this situation to the manager level of Bestbuy.

No charging cable

I found it quite aggravating that i stopped by at the end of my day with a dead phone only to get home and realize there was no charging cable in the box. For this price a cable could have been included and it wouldve costed pennies.
