Didn't life up to it's name

- How long it takes to charge the device from empty to full?
- How much slower is the Anker charger compared to the original charger your product came with?

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- Let the charger sit for 5 min without being plugged into the outlet and without anything plugged into the charger itself. This resets the charger and might solve the issue.
- Try another cable and a different outlet.
- Try charging a different device.
