I used it to run a 12v refrigerator in the trunk, and you can charge the battery off the car while it powers the fridge. Bought in a bundle with the Anker solar panel, pictured.

My main use is with the Samsung Freestyle Projector and Nintendo switch. Have plenty of Mario Kart and Smash Bros on the go. With both I get about 4-5 hours or use. Has plenty of ports. Only wish it had one more usb C port

Youi can plug about any kitchen item or computer or a cell phone or microwave oven. I cooked a TV dinner using it. Will even support a small refrigerator . For its size it willy packs a wollop.

May I confirm if you turned off all ports (no led lights are on) when you do not use the PowerHouse?
When any of the control buttons are turned on, even if no devices are being charged, there will still be a certain amount of no-load power consumption. Please turn off the button when you do not use the Powerhouse.
In this case, please charge the PowerHouse fully, turn off all ports, and leave it unused for 1-2 days to see if the same issue happens.
