Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the outstanding camera quality and excellent battery life of the iPhone 13 Pro 5G 256GB. Many appreciate the phone's size and ease of use, along with its sleek design and crisp display. The display is awesome. The pro camera takes pictures that are detailed even on zoom and show full depth. Easy transfer from old device. Easy to use, stable OS. Fast processor and beyond enough RAM. The build quality is solid and durable. Battery life is unbelievable. I run videos and music a few hours a day and only use about 70 percent battery in 2 days. Pro model gives decent sound. Very good for cell phone. The picture is superb and refresh rate is high, I thin 90-120hz. It shows and does not affect battery as I expected it would. The only cons involve the camera jut out. They are awesome but seem to add a lot of weight. And it can be a little difficult for me to clean between cameras with my large fingers and a cloth. Well worth it though. I got two years of Apple Care, so I am confident in this purchase The cameras are heavier than I am used to, and jut

I traded in my iPhone 6s Plus (which was hard because I loved it) for this iPhone 13 pro and because of the huge jump I really was impressed and loved the upgrades to the phones camera, speed, battery life just to name a few. Great phone. If I had to give it a mild negative it would be the weight of it is noticeable. I’m happy I went with the 6.1” pro vs the 6.7” pro max. Same phone but not as heavy.

Jumping from an iPhone 7 to a 13 Pro was a huge difference. Can honestly say this is the best phone I've ever had. The camera is beautiful and battery life has improved sooooo much. It is slightly heavier than my iPhone 7, but that was to be expected since the hardware is much more advanced. Highly suggest for anyone not looking to go with the new the iPhone 14. Save a little money and go with this model.

    Preorder Bad, Phone Good

First off, Best Buy preorder showed my phone being available on release day and then 13 hours before my order is delayed a week. Funny thing, the phone was in stock release day at two other stores in relatively close proximity. This is not logistical rocket science Best Buy. Cancelled and then reordered from the next closest store and took care of business. Side not, every time that I get Apple products at Best Buy, I ALWAYS get helped by some Samsung nut that has no idea how apple products work. The new phone is alright. I think most of the goodies were due to the iOS 15 coming out, hardware was pretty basic year over year for apple. New camera is nice, the cinematic blur/focus feature is very neat but the effect looks a little sloppy for the hype. That technology has some kinks to be worked out but headed the right direction. The phone is now thicker, heavier, but visually the same. Not going to test durability but apparently it’s improved. I guess it’s getting hard to “redesign” these days, everyone seems to be maxed out on innovation. I do notice a little bit better battery life but the display I wouldn’t have known was improved if apple didn’t advertise it. I will say the recent Samsung and LG phones have obnoxiously good looking displays, iPhone still isn’t knocking my socks off. Trade in credit on my 128G iPhone 12 Pro was $700 which was nice. Somehow a week earlier (on my preorder attempt) I only got $675 but whatever. Apple wasn’t offering as much but the headache avoided by dealing direct with Apple could’ve offset that difference. I’m not noticing any service differences with Verizon, speed tests were basically equal on my devices. The notch on the screen isn’t really noticeably smaller, I’ve had people look side by side and they usually can’t tell at all. I bought my 12 Pro out right last year, I would recommend waiting if you did the same. Fingers crossed for major changes next year!

This phone rules! The camera is amazing. I am coming from an iPhone X so it's a big difference for me...but the "cinematic" mode for video is also very impressive. The display is CRYSTAL CLEAR. The OS is quick. Battery is good but it's still new. One down side is that it is heavy.
