    The good, phone itself is really fast compared to my old iPhone 8. Takes wonderful photos. Zoom could be more considering the galaxy with its zoom. The bad, phone gets horrible cell service to the point where I usually get two bars this thing will not load web pages, drop calls and will not send texts. I wanted to think it was just my device until I talked to at-least 8 other iPhone 13 pro users. Same story with everyone. There is a major issues with this phone and it needs to be addressed asap by iPhone!!!!! All they say is, this is an issue with your cell service provider. Explain to them the issues and that’s it. Absolutely garbage. Stay away until the 14 comes out or get somthing other than an iPhone 13 model! N

    Camera bulge is so big, even with a case on the phone, it won't lie flush. Not only is this annoying and unstable for the phone, but also makes my phone not sit flush enough to enable wireless charging on almost every charger (especially my car charger). Considering the prices Apple asks for their luxury designs, this annoying detail suggests a careless, thoughtless approach to design. Phone doesn't even cleanly fit on Apple's own duo charger or any other qi charger I have. Only the Magsafe, which doesn't let you remove without two hands... might as well use a wired charger.

    Best Buy left me down! These phones are good, but not if you don’t get them after someone else stole your Credit Card and BestBuy gives them the phone anyway.

    Preorder is a joke - Phone looks cool

    I won't be preordering with BestBuy anymore. I pre-ordered as soon as the phone was available for preorder and I still don't have the phone. I was told that my phone was delayed and that they don't know when it will be available for pickup. I'll be taking my business elsewhere - next time I'll order from Apple or Verizon directly.

    I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max on the 9th and estimated shipping date was the 29th, so now I have a shipment delay and have to wait till best buy emails me when the phone has shipped

    Ordered at 705 on launch day, guaranteed delivery on release. They didn’t ship it till the night of release and it’s coming the following week. NEVER pre ordering with bestbuy again.
