First off, Best Buy preorder showed my phone being available on release day and then 13 hours before my order is delayed a week. Funny thing, the phone was in stock release day at two other stores in relatively close proximity. This is not logistical rocket science Best Buy. Cancelled and then reordered from the next closest store and took care of business. Side not, every time that I get Apple products at Best Buy, I ALWAYS get helped by some Samsung nut that has no idea how apple products work. The new phone is alright. I think most of the goodies were due to the iOS 15 coming out, hardware was pretty basic year over year for apple. New camera is nice, the cinematic blur/focus feature is very neat but the effect looks a little sloppy for the hype. That technology has some kinks to be worked out but headed the right direction. The phone is now thicker, heavier, but visually the same. Not going to test durability but apparently it’s improved. I guess it’s getting hard to “redesign” these days, everyone seems to be maxed out on innovation. I do notice a little bit better battery life but the display I wouldn’t have known was improved if apple didn’t advertise it. I will say the recent Samsung and LG phones have obnoxiously good looking displays, iPhone still isn’t knocking my socks off. Trade in credit on my 128G iPhone 12 Pro was $700 which was nice. Somehow a week earlier (on my preorder attempt) I only got $675 but whatever. Apple wasn’t offering as much but the headache avoided by dealing direct with Apple could’ve offset that difference. I’m not noticing any service differences with Verizon, speed tests were basically equal on my devices. The notch on the screen isn’t really noticeably smaller, I’ve had people look side by side and they usually can’t tell at all. I bought my 12 Pro out right last year, I would recommend waiting if you did the same. Fingers crossed for major changes next year!

when phone is locked and you swipe right to access the camera fast without unlocking the phone its been couple times that the screen goes black, the whole screen i have to unlock the phone and access the camera other than that phone is great battery is much better than previous models i can go all day without charging phone with continuously use

Ok phone. Don’t see much difference between this an IPhone 12 Pro. Bought phone straight out. Very disappointed that you cannot earn Best Buy Reward points for Apple Products. This decision of Best Buy implementing this policy concerning not being able to earn points with Apple Products is impacting my future shopping desires with Best Buy. If your changing from a 12 pro to a 13 pro you won’t see much difference. Or at least I don’t.

Heavy, bulky, annoying notch. The cameras on the back are too huge.

The phone is nice but not much of an upgrade from the iPhone 12 pro. The screen does seem smoother but not a night and day difference. This will be the last Pro model I buy anymore, my friend got the 13 mini and for me there isn't enough difference anymore to justify the costs. If I had to choose again I would have gotten the 13 instead.

Had to return the following day to have them complete download to my new iPhone, This was caused by BB having three different people on the new phone as it was downloading the preceding day. This is second time I had problems when buying an iPhone from BB. Probably won't buy one from them next time!

It’s just another iPhone. But Best Buy needs a review in order to give out my reward point. Yes that’s correct. Wow

The speaker is horrible and apple support doesnt help. Im starting to not like apple they are not as reliable as before.

Standard iPhone, the biggest downside is the buttons are too easily depressed so plan on a lot of inadvertent screenshots!

It’s good! I like it. Best Buy has good products. Iphone is good

Eh. It’s at least as good as every other iPhone I have ever owned.
