Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the outstanding camera quality and excellent battery life of the iPhone 13 Pro 5G 256GB. Many appreciate the phone's size and ease of use, along with its sleek design and crisp display. While some find the weight noticeable and miss the home button, positive feedback on the camera and battery life outweighs these concerns.

Finally has most of what we wanted

While not a huge change from the iPhone 12 Pro/Pro Max series, the iPhone 13 Pro has met our expectations on what a modern flagship smartphone from Apple should be. The 120hz display is extraordinarily nice, clear, smooth and makes the prior 60hz screens feel extremely dated. The battery life is stronger. Time will tell how much better it really ends up being, but so far it meets expectations. The cameras are amazing. While not a huge upgrade from the previous gen for most users, the new cameras do work very well. The improved optical and digital zoom is wonderful and the night mode photography is much improved. After having used it for one full day, I feel that I can say that this is what the 12 Pro series should have been. It has the 120hz screen that rivals the Samsung S21 series and other flagship smartphones. It has a truly stellar camera array with wonderful features that do, in fact, work far better than the iPhone 12 Pro series. It seems to have the battery life the 12 Pro should have had. It has the smaller notch that the entire 12 series should have had. I have no serious complaints thus far, aside from the fact that this should have been called the 12S rather than the 13. It’s not a drastic redesign. It’s not a revolutionary device. However, it is exactly what we wanted the 12 Pro to be in the first place. If you have an iPhone 12 or 12 Pro/Max, this is not a significant enough upgrade, in my opinion. If you have an iPhone 11 Pro/Max, this is a minor upgrade in most ways. If you have an iPhone X, XS/Max, Xr, or iPhone 11, this is a huge upgrade. If you’re clinging to anything older than the aforementioned phones, what are you waiting for? This is what you’ve been waiting for. This checks almost all of the boxes. Attached, you will find a picture of my new iPhone 13 Pro in it’s box, the moment I opened it.

My wife loves her phone. It takes great pictures and has good battery life. There is plenty of space for all of her pictures, messages, and music. My only complaint is that it's hard to find a good camera lens protector.

If you’re reading this, just go with the 14 pro unless you’re getting it for way cheaper. I’ll just say I liked it for the month I had it for before I upgraded to the 14 pro. I love this color. I hate the notch. And I hate that the Apple leather case from this does not fit the 14 pro. It’s a good phone overall though.

This phone rules! The camera is amazing. I am coming from an iPhone X so it's a big difference for me...but the "cinematic" mode for video is also very impressive. The display is CRYSTAL CLEAR. The OS is quick. Battery is good but it's still new. One down side is that it is heavy.

This is my first iPhone ever, but I’ve had other apple products over the last 15 years or so. I made the switch mostly out of peer pressure, but also because it was the only smartphone comparably better than my previous phone in stock at the time of purchase. Overall the phone isn’t the most disappointing decision. There are specific features and customizations I miss from Samsung products, but the phone serves its purpose. I think the best thing about this phone is probably the battery life. The screen display is pretty good, very clear, I noticed the notch cutting something off the screen for the first time the other day. The camera is decent, but I am so used to the android features, I’m still getting used to the camera trying to do everything for you. The night mode and low light sucks, but how often do I really need a camera at night—I’ll stick to using my mirrorless camera for that. Otherwise, my only complaints are things I used regularly with android that I can’t do as simply with an iPhone—scheduled text messages for example. I’ll ride this until it dies, and maybe decide then if I’ll make the switch back if I still miss those things. Totally recommend for Apple lovers.

    Mixed feelings

Much better than my XS but I was a bit disappointed with the occasionally glitchy camera software and the over hyped battery life. With 40% brightness and with only a few background notifications, I am only getting just north of 8 hours screen on time. I use the MagSafe charger and have the charging optimized so I’m not I sure why there is such a difference between the critics analysis and actual usage results.

Great display. Has some issues where the touch screen takes several attempts to select items on the screen via touch. Loading of sites does not fully load pictures. Multiple attempts to reload in hopes pictures would fully load but no success. That also goes for articles when scrolling down and having to reload the page so that the articles show up because when scrolling down the page, there are times where it is blank having to reload so the articles show up. This happens even when on wi-fi or on the 5G network.

A little bit faster than the X. Really buggy at first b4 the updates. I prefer the X design. Not sure it was worth the upgrade. Maybe I was expecting too much. Battery life is an improvement.

After having an iPhone 7 for many years, it was time to upgrade to the iPhone 13 Pro. The physical size of the phone was similar to my old phone (which was important, as I didn’t want anything bigger to carry in my purse). The battery life has been excellent but it has been a bit of a learning curve not having a “home” button. Overall, I’m very happy with my upgrade and probably should have made the purchase earlier!

This cellphone is the best of the best however I can’t believe it was shipped in a plastic bag. Took it to the store and they opened the bag and the original box was banged up on all 4 corners. I would highly recommend buying 256GB or higher. It was a big upgrade from my 6s that I bought 6 years ago and still working.

The phone is pretty nice. Overall, I appreciate the way I can go from my iPhone to my iPad and not have to worry about whether or not I can access the files between devices. The size is perfect. Not too big and not too small. It fits in my pockets, too.
