I have had iPhones since they have come out and have loved them, but this one by far is the worst one I have ever owned, and I have had a Pantac flip phone with a keyboard and it was better than this phone. The talk to dictation is a joke and I have to restart programs all the time like for messages, it won't have a data box to type a response and I will double click the menu and restart the program to get the datat box back. Last time I will ever get an Apple product.

I bought the phone on a Monday evening. Wednesday the phone went black and would not turn back on even after a charge and pressing the reset. I had to do an exchange. This second 8 has not functioned properly, sometimes leaving a website or email and returning to the home screen without warning. It has also flickered to black then immediately comes back on to the home screen. Buy the 7!

I am 86 yrs old, and am trying to learn a brand new system. This and most other cell's don't come with manuals. I am now limping along. I will let you all know when I can use this. I only need to use phone, Address book, Calendar and Text messaging. Have arthritis, so touch screen is pretty difficult. I did purchase a stylus.

Upgraded from the iPhone 5s to the iPhone 8 plus. Still trying to get accustomed to the larger size and overall weight of the phone. I have noticed that a lot of my phone calls have a vibration sound/noise while talking. This could be a reason why I take the phone back and go with something different.

camera isn't what it is cracked up to be. I shot video at an indoor concert and it was terrible. Low light is so so bad. Super grainy. very disapointed. Phone also dosen't pair with my car audio. iPhone 6 did, 8 doesn't. not worth the high price tag that's for sure.

I just recently got the iPhone 8, went in because of the boho special with att. See no difference in the technology than the 7. As. Matter of fact the speaker volume is horrible and the ringer is low. Would save my money I was you

I usually get excited about new iPhones. Bought a 8 Plus and a X. The 8 Plus seems like the same ole same ole. Maybe I’m getting spoiled, its just not worth the money to me

My new IPhone 8 Plus has issues from day 1... the camera didn’t work... Was such a mess trying to get it returned... I finally ended up having to return it to ATT.

The phone button is hard to push, keeps turning things on , the new charger didn’t come with it at a $1000.00 , I like the 6 plus better

Great camera, easy to use, but connection problems to Wi-Fi and App Drops outs & disconnects are troublesome. Would not buy again sadly as I did like apple when Steve Jobs was in charge.

I have been using Apple products for years without much issue. I had a 7 plus and traded up To take advantage of sale price. I am on my third phone in 3 weeks. It’s been a nightmare. Technical issues with first phone and 8 hours between on phone and in store and then got new one. This was on first day with phone. 2 weeks later the exact same issue and was given a new phone. Hoping I’m done with probs now. :(

Apple is a rip off. Phone is nice, but not worth the money.

The first few days it was great, then it stared to slow way down, opening app took over 3min to open up, even emails, text messages basically everything.

This was a great phone for one year, but now the microphone doesn't work. Good features, but the quality with iPhones just isn't what it used to be.

This phone is awesome because my wife has it too, but I had to return this one because it was very slow.

I had several issues with this series and so did my husband. Just upgraded to the 11 max pro! Thank god I did!

Had a great technician Ali who made it possible for you husband youse the phone.

Internet connectivity is terrible at times which drives a person nuts
