Bought for travel and used 5 times, mag safe charger worked 3 times, watched worked 5 times charging. At Geek Squad the unit did not work at all!!! Took into Geek Squad, even though I have Best Buy Total, they could not remedy it and give me a replacement! They said they need to send it to Apple! This the worst Apple product I’ve purchased! Do Not waste your money!

Apple sucks. I bought this while traveling and there's nothing clear on the box to indicate that it doesn't actually include the box to plug it into electricity! First, my new iphone 13 pro didn't come with the charger box, only the usb-c cable, and now the same for this CHARGER! It's a CHARGER! Seriously ridiculous for a $129 price tag!

Absolute and complete waste of money. There is nothing about this charger that justifies its price and you STILL need to buy separately a wall plug for it!! It plus on to lightening, so you can’t even travel with it and charge 3 devices only 2, phone and watch. If the cable terminated in USBC then you would be able to charge your iPad Pro/air but nooooooooo. Apple has been showing over the years it’s disdain for its customer base and nothing slaps in the face harder than this stupid, expensive, limited feature set charger. Will be returning.

HORRIBLE..!!! I was purchasing the iPods 2nd Generation so I typed in search bar for a charger compatible with the mentioned ipods BUT guess what, went they arrived I read instructions and it clearly states "will NOT charge "iPods 2nd Generation"....BAD, BAD Best Buy

Worked great for a while, now only works some of the time. Since Best Buy's return policy is so poor, I can no longer return it and now must go through Apple. I should have just bought it from Apple directly.

I really liked the design and portability but ended up returning this because I have an iPhone 11 Pro and this charges only iPhone 12-13 fast and I have an Apple Watch 7 and it charges way faster with the puck that came with it so it was way too pricey for not really working great with any of my gadgets.

Not happy at all, I threw caution to the wind and picked up this charger for $129 before taxes. It turns out it only charges 1 thing at a time. Either your phone or your Apple Watch or your airpods not any 2 like I thought I’m going to return this item because no way am I paying that much to have it sit in a drawer unused.

Would not charge phone or watch after a few minutes. I bought it because it was foldable and small and portability. I just felt it was so expensive.

As an Apple Fan, I'm not sure why they're still selling this product. It doesn't fit my iPhone 14 Pro Max or Apple Watch Ultra well and charges my Apple Watch Ultra SOOOO slowly! I'm returning it.

This is advertised as a duo charger for iphone, airpods, and apple watches. One side charges an iphone or an airpod case and the other side charges an apple watch only. We were looking to charge our iphone and airpods at the same time so this did not work for us.

Bought this while shopping in the city. Got it home (where there’s not a store for hundreds of miles) and it doesn’t work at all. It won’t charge my phone or watch. The website won’t let me return it by mail so I’m stuck with a $129 apple product that doesn’t work at all.

Zero stars. Had this for about 4 months and it stopped working apple said they couldn’t cover it a rep said he didn’t Even know what this was i had to show him a picture so good luck this is hit or miss

It did not charge my Apple Watch, but appeared to charge my iPhone. I will try a higher power plugin brick and see if it works better. If it ends up requiring a higher power charging brick, it would be so special if Apple actually included it with the purchase. I wouldn't recommend it at this time. If it requires a 'special' adapter to work, if should be specified that it NEEDS that adapter, so people aren't stumbling in the dark to try to get it to work. It's a great idea, and looks so elegant for travel and nightly use, but the charging adapter is an issue.

Slowest charger ever.. I really want to return. Using Apple USB- C 20. However this is a really slow charge.

Kinda sucks. The middle part is flimsy and sucks & you gotta hold it from folding to take your phone off it

This did not work at all. It didn't fully charge my phone/watch. What a dissapointment.

Ordered this based on a recommendation from a family member. Received a month ago and used it once on a trip. Now I’m on my second trip and I have plugged it in only to find that it doesnt work. Tried 3 different cords, different connectors, no connector. Bummer, would’ve brought my normal watch charger, but now I have a dead watch on my trip.

Doesn’t work. My phone slowly drained as it was placed on the charger

Lasted less than 6 months before totally quitting. Pretty pathetic considering it’s made by Apple. Very disappointing.
