I ordered a Maytag stove, dishwasher, and over the range microwave to match my previous purchase of a fridge, and I love them!

After having my appointment for removal of the nonworking unit (installed 1/23/17) confirmed 1/28/17 with a different 4 hour time frame (12 to 4 instead of 8 to 12 as originally given) and waiting ALL DAY at my home, I found after making 3 phone calls and finally speaking to a supervisor at XPO that my order had been taken off Saturday's route and moved to Jan 30th. And that I had been "notified ". No notification nor would I have accepted since I am working Monday, Jan 30. If you have to have this company install your unit, good luck! Here's the whole story: "I have had Bosch dishwashers before, was replacing a 23 year old Miele that I loved. Had a terrible time getting an installation scheduled with XPO, the contracted installation company for Best Buy. Turns out they will change your installation date and time without notification, tolerate rude behavior from their installers and when the unit shows a fault within an hour of installation will not return to check the installation (which I think is a kinked hose). Honestly, since I am not independently wealthy and able to stay home all the time, I can't afford to buy from them. I ordered the unit 12/17/16 and still have a nonfunctioning new Bosch in my kitchen. I only gave a 1 because 0 is not an option. Fortunately, there is a local company who has the same unit for $20 more and only a slightly higher installation fee. They come when they say and work with my schedule. Novel approach, I know."

I have always had Bosch. Love the configuration and flexibility of this Machine. The top 3rd rack is the most useful of all the dishwasher racks that I looked at. ( and I compared a lot using my dishes I brought to the showroom). You can actually fit a low cup or bowl in it as well as other items. Its super quiet, and cleans really well. It even cleans those really large wine glasses ( I just lay them at an angle - not quite on its side). It dries just as well as the Maytag (which I had previously inherited when we purchased the house), and which had the element at the bottom but cleans so much better. Only thing I would comment on is that the top of the dishwasher does leaves fingerprints. Not a big issue for me though.

Just let me start out by saying that it took 6 weeks and 3 dishwashers to get to this one that is wonderful. First 2 kitchenaid dishwashers did not work. Went with the higher end one and love it. This was an ordeal but I can’t fault Best Buy. They were great even though I had 3 dishwashers installed/uninstalled in 6 weeks time. They took care of everything and even comped the price. This dishwasher is the quietest and most efficient dishwasher I have ever seen. Highly recommend. The only negative I would say about Best Buy is that they are very difficult to reach someone by phone.

We purchased a Samsung Microwave approximately 4 years ago along with the 5 year protection from the Geek squad. From one day to the next, our microwave stopped working. I called the Geek Squad and after a couple of individual calls, they ended up crediting me back the original price and I was able to go in to the store and get an upgrade from the original for a minor difference in price. They came out a couple of days later and delivered/installed, and picked up/removed the old one in less than 30 minutes. Everything worked out great and I am covered for another 5 years.

So this uninstall was a bit of a to do as I was going from a gas dryer to electric. Turns out the original team sent weren't the correct team which lead to delays in the uninstall. However, BB was great about that as I was credited some money back and they rescheduled. Once the new team showed up they were very helpful and courteous. The new team that actually did the install was great, both gentlemen were careful and yet quick and they went above and beyond in making small talk while they worked. Definite recommend.

The uninstall of my brand new 800 series Bosch Dishwasher that failed to meet our lowest expectations and the reinstall of my brand new KitchenAid replacement was done very well. Must add that each install/uninstall team is different. While the preceding team was very good in their work as well as very courteous and customer friendly, the team that originally installed the 800 series Bosch (that I returned) was very grumpy, unfriendly, and discourteous. So I guess it is one's luck of the draw.

The product was good and The Geek Squad that came out was good but they had to replace the product because it wasn't working so they sent an outside agency to come and get the old product that wasn't working and put a new one in they sucked they tore up my cabinet and I can't get anybody to contact me back on my client so most likely I will not get another product from them unless Geek Squad is the only one that comes out

This model of the Waste King Legend Series is a great disposal. It grinds my garbage quickly and well, even banana peels. It is not whisper quiet, but two people can easily have a conversation while the disposal is running. This was a great value, priced much less than the Insinkerator Badger which it replaced (and does a much better job ).

My old oven gave out. I bought an oven that fit the 1970's size hole 23 3/4". BUT, what an oven! I cook bread and found the proofing setting. WOW. No more strange contraptions. It heats like a dream and holds the temperature so well. I know that must by hot/cold spots, but I could not find any. Very much worth the purchase. Matches the microwave. Kitchen really went up in my view by adding.

Jimmy did a phenomenal job. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and professional courtesy. This is the second Viking oven we had delivered and installed. The first arrived with damage the second arrived with damaged IR fan. I have concerns about the quality of manufacturing. I hope Viking is not merely living off of the perceived quality of the past.

Within 48 hours of contacting Best Buy, the leaking 2-week old dishwasher had been removed, and an brand-new replacement had been installed. It appeared the unit had sustained damage during shipping, or during local transport for installation. This resulted in proper operation during gentler cycling - but noticeable puddling under the front door, when using the heavier cycles.

This is the reason I choose Best Buys. Their service (XPO) installation guy, Micheal, is very nice, courteous and to the point. Although the full uninstall and install then replacement of the unit were completed over the course of 4 months, the service that Best Buys support is very good. I do recommend Best Buys/Geek for such work.

I bought new appliance for my kitchen from Best Buy and decided to go with their installation and uninstall/haul-away services as well. I was very impressed with their professionalism and skill/speed at which they performed the work. Everything looks and works great now and we are very happy with the results. I would recommend using their services again!

I had a failure about three years into it and it could not be fixed they gave me credit so I could get a new one at a much lesser price really good deal I really like the new one and it works really well thank you so much for taking care of the problem

Geek squad install team was very professional and respectful. They continued to work until conclusion was reached on how to beat handle my situation. In my instant, we had to end up replacing the four unit, however the installers walked me through everything and then even continued to follow up via phone the next week

This group was very efficient and professional. The first dishwasher had a defect. They brought out a new one, took out the one that had a problem and replaced it with the new one. The Geek Squad installation and repair option was the reason we shopped at Best Buy. We had a bad experience with a repair person through another store!

I claimed a manufacturing defect in a GE oven, an almost unbelievable one. A Geek squad representative arrived, and I expected to go toe-to-toe with him, but he checked the problem, confirmed it, informed his management, and, happily, I have since had a replacement (Kitchenaid ) provided in short order.

When the original dishwasher was installed it was found to have scratches, which the installer reported. So a new was was ordered, and installed. The entire process was as quick and painless as it could have been. There was no need for effort on my part. All the technicians were courteous and professional.

Impressed with all of my appliance installation (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and gas oven/range. The only thing I was unimpressed by was that the store advertised free install for my Bosch dishwasher and it was merely putting it in place rather than getting it hooked up.
