Awesome Headset With an Issue
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great headset with a lot of amazing features. Not sure how they compare to the A50s or A40s, but they have amazing audio quality and two microphones. One built into the headset and one that is detachable. Both work great when needed. A major plus to this is that it has multi-connectivity to Bluetooth and the wireless adapter. So when I'm gaming and someone calls me I don't have to take the headset off I can just answer and talk normally. Another cool thing is that you can buy a separate adapter for Xbox and connect it. This also works vise versa if you buy the Xbox version and want to use it on Playstation for this headset. Comes with it's own sturdy carrying case which is a plus as not many headsets come with one. I travel quite a bit with family so this comes in handy very well. The only con about this headset in my opinion is the app. If you plan on buying this then know that the A30s must use the mobile app to do any customization. It's not a bad idea on paper, but when you play on pc it can be tedious to keep going back change to a different media profiles on the phone. Also when messing with the mixer to get more game sound or voice sound it takes like 10 seconds for the headset to change to the settings. So customization will be a pretty long process if you go deep into customization. I wish Logitech would have just made this headset usable in their PC Ghub app since I mainly use the headsdset for PC.

The bass and treble is also good. One problem is the app and it is a bit buggy but other then that the headset is great. Also the battery lasts a long time!

Software Nightmare
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful looking headset with some seriously cool features. If you’re someone with multiple devices such as a Switch, PS5, PC, or a bluetooth compatible tablet or phone this should be a great pick once they iron out the issues. My problem was a serious connectivity issue I couldn’t stand anymore. The moment I walked through my front door the headset would automatically turn on and connect to my phone which was aggravating. You could forget the device from bluetooth but its needed to adjust the EQ and device settings within the app, defeating the purpose of multi-device connectivity. Last but not least it was a 50/50 coin flip if the mic would work on my pc, I could hear audio but no one would hear me, checking all settings the device was connected properly but never saved my voice/game mix or microphone level. The app was finicky showing I was connected via bluetooth to my but not registering in the app. I tried to like this set but gave up after I couldn’t turn them off anymore using the power button which was the only fix to my problems. I had to google how to turn them off which is dumb and luckily others had the same issue, though it’s impossible to find a review that had the same problems I had. Regardless only I had a bad experience so try them out if you’d like, it could’ve been user error.
