But the "innovative" number pad is terrible. It does not work all the time and I wind up using the number keys instead. Basically useless. Recommend the computer but not the number pad.

I was unaware Microsoft has a chrome book as well. Definitely do not enjoy using Microsoft’s version when I am already immersed in Google and their chrome book. But it keeps freezing during the setup—especially during the privacy setup—and has to be rebooted over and over so the windows works.

It’s a good cheap starter computer and will do enough for the task you need. Such as word,emails, and or school. Even does zoom calls pretty well.I give it a 3 star Becuase there are more options that pack more for a bit more.

Huge bang for your buck

I dont feel guilty for stuffing it in a bag and strapping it to the motorcyle. Holds up great, pretty quick and smooth. I used this for college and one of my daughters has used it for high school. Bet she will be suprised come christmas and this years model has her name on it.

I bought mine so that my 8 year-old could play some low res games on it. Unbeknownst to me that this rig was even lower than my old gaming PC that was over a decade old. Keep its use simple, and worst case scenario, be prepared to upgrade a couple things, like the RAM and the HD.

Yes, its small and lighter than 17 inch, has a "combination mic/audio" headphone jack, USB-C port, a one piece charger, and a fold flat screen, but at the same time, I wouldn't recommend this laptop. Its performance is hit and miss, sometimes its decent performance, and sometimes the performance is just bad. Mine isn't even a year old, neither is it in bad condition, and upon startup, the Windows startup sound audio breaks up. That audio does clear after startup though, but the hit and miss performance still persists after startup. In my opinion, if you want a decently priced new laptop that is also decent and no worse, keep looking, because its not even that good of a laptop, because of the hit and miss performance.

This one, well let's just say please be patient and get a good external drive for storage. It is a good computer for what I use it for though. Opening my mail app on a computer not a phone (Yahoo's phone app is not the greatest), shopping and keeping my finances. The one reason why I picked this one over a Lenovo was the keypad in the mouse pad. Turns out I DO NOT LIKE that feature and the keypad stays off. That is a personal preference though because I'm always hitting a number with my wrists when typing. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: Small, lightweight, good battery, not constantly running window's updates, and the price was right for $110. Cons: Not quick on the response and only two USB ports. All in all, you get what you pay for, and if you are looking for an inexpensive bare-bones laptop, I would say this is it.

Personally not my cup of tea

A MAJOR reason is because there has been a few times it has shut off and wouldnt come back on without me clicking the button every few seconds for like 30 minutes then it eventually came back on. Not cool. The personal reasons are the keyboard on the mouse (which can be turned off but its annoying) and it is a complicating computer.

Only good for running word processing apps. SUper slow with browsing and pdfs. Can barely run two programs at once. I only use to open pdf and dnd campaign stuff. but it was cheap, so not much to complain about in terms of value
