Still love this laptop after more than a year of use. Its a great value for my needs. I'm a graphic/web design and video editor and the extra screen built in is perfect. I place my tool bars in the extra space and it frees up my main screen for better viewing. I guess my only wish was that it had 64gb of memory. Other than that.... I love the specs. I'm not a gamer so I can't really speak to that. But if you are a graphic / web / video designer. You will love traveling with an extra screen built in.

So far so good. Tons of power and performance. Love the second screen - extremely helpful for productivity & multitasking. Obviously this is cost prohibitive for a lot of people, but for my purposes and the longevity I expect to get out of it, it was worth it.

This computer is all it claims to be. The speed and power are amazing and the second screen is great, especially for doing business meetings on video while keeping important screens on the main screen

I have been nothing but please with this purchase. The Zephrys Duo has handled everything I have thrown at it so far. I completely recommend it to anyone considering this valuable purchase.

The 4K option is out of stock everywhere. So I purchased the only available stock at Microsoft store around the first week of September. Positives: 1) 4k main screen is fantastic 2) Secondary 4k screen is fairly useful 3) Availability of thunderbolt 3 port makes it a bit future proof. 4) High end spec as of late 2020 5) Build quality is insane. The magnesium aluminide is well made, premium and extremely good to touch. 6) I like the placement of the keyboard and the touchpad (though this may vary and is user dependent). Cons: 1) One of the ram is probably soldered and not reachable without complete disassembly. 2) Can be expensive to some 3) For the price, I would have liked to have at least one more thunderbolt 3 port, for a total of two. Also I would have liked more display out options apart from the lone HDMI. 4) Slightly heavier than the competition, but not too much.

Love most things about this laptop, however a few poor design decisions cripple it. First and foremost, while the specs say I should be able to output to a 5k2K monitor, it does not. This is a big step backward for me as my last laptop had no issue outputting to my 5K2K and 2 x 4K monitors. Buying a laptop with an additional screen, but losing my high resolution monitor doesn't move me forward or even on pace with what i need. Second, port placement is poor. I get it, they need to vent the CPU and GPU, but the thunderbolt should be on the back or at least not where the mouse goes. This is exacerbated that two other USB ports are on the right. However, the performance of the system is great and the 2nd screen is fantastic.

gaming great, creators great. specs and price fair for the $$. Too heavy and hard to get use to keyboard
