It has been 9 months to date and although I hardly ever use my laptop it is suddenly having a hard time charging even if I leave it plugged in overnight. I am taking it to the Geek Squad but I am honestly disappointed. I would have expected this from a $300 laptop but not this one. I even read reviews and thought I had done my research.....

Best bang for your money. I have school and this has everything I want for school, ok camera Lighting keyboard to study at night 16 gb ram or 12, which ever you choose. 512 gb. Fast proccesor, never been slow ever only when gaming but this is a work laptop so dont try that haha. Beautiful design, I wish they made for beautiful colors but this silver looks clean. VERY LIGHTS AND THIN TO CARRY. DONT LOOK FURTHER FOR A W9RK AND SCHOOL LAPTOP. DONT BUY MICROSOFT GO OR SAMSUNG LAPTOPS. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

We bought this for our dad as an upgrade to his 5 year old Dell. Seems to work well enough to do all the things he needs it to do like check emails, pay bills, shop online, play internet games, extended monitor to TV, etc. Keyboard has a nice feel, touchpad click is louder than most laptops these days but not bad, and all of the ports are really difficult to get connections in so they will definitely stay connected! It comes preloaded with a lot of annoying things that pop up, but once you go through all the settings and delete what you don’t want, it’s smooth sailing.

At first I was pleased with this laptop. It is fast and has great specs for the price. Unfortunately, ASUS cheaped out on the USB-C port. It will not charge through the port, it will not support external monitors through the port, and I couldn't even get a HP docking station to work with it. I contacted ASUS and their only solution was to purchase a $200 ASUS docking station to make it work. I returned the laptop and spent the extra $200 on a Lenovo that does it all and has even better specs. I'm a big fan of ASUS product, but this has soured me on them somewhat.

It runs smooth and has decent storage for what I need, but the screen quality is lower than what you'd expect. The webcam is terrible, too. Overall, it's a good laptop for what it is. A basic laptop that runs great but that's about it.

Enjoyable to use and fast for a home and business computer. No space for a DVD drive, but portable drives are available for under $30. Lots of ports for connectivity: 2 for high speed flash drives and one USB2 for a mouse adapter, HDMI for presentations, USB-C and microchip reader. Light weight and uses very little power, as you would expect from an SSD laptop. I will miss using my old 17.1" laptop screen, but the upgrade was well worth it because of the speed difference, especially with the SSD. Love it!

Spent hours and hours of my life comparing away, from multiple vendors. This laptop for its price point is literally at the very top. Any higher and it would be a gaming version

Good deal. Build quality could be better. Got the specs needed for my kid's online school learning activities.

Couldn't believe I found a laptop with 16GB RAM at this price point. I've never been a fan of AMD processors, but so far, this one has been working great. Needed a laptop that would allow me to do some good video editing, and this one fits the bill.

OK, was expecting more from ASUS. Performance similar to the one I bought in 2014 and still use.

I bought this laptop as a backup to my old Lenovo and I am pleased with it. Pros: 1. Light and easy to carry around. 2. Decent battery life. 3. Fast 4. Cheap 5, Great audio Cons: 1. Scratches way too easily. 2. Lackluster display.

Runs really smooth and is good for work and runs Minecraft nicely
