I work from home so my phone is very important to me. 1) Numbers so large that it spreads out the keypad and makes dialing uncomfortable. Had an AT&T model with smaller buttons that was a dream. Not this one. 2. Caller ID is slow and if you wait for it to show up, your caller may have hung up. 3. To scroll through the past call list, is cumbersome and requires several steps. It sometimes starts with the oldest first so it takes FOREVER to get through all the numbers. My last AT&T phone, you just pushed the down button and it let you scroll through them. 4. Voices come through very brassy. Often it sounds like another phone may be off the hook listening in but that's impossible in my case. 5. Loved my last AT&T phone except that the handset jack loosened and I had to keep it taped to keep a connection. I'm hoping this one isn't the same.

    Not the best phone

I bought this phone because I wanted call waiting, caller ID and a speakerphone all in one phone. The call waiting works beautifully. However, the speaker works fine on my end, but when you turn up the volume,I become distorted to the person on the other end. The speaker distance is way too short. I can only be a couple of feet from the phone, otherwise, the person on the other end cannot hear me. I also bought the phone because I am vision impaired. The picture on the web and on the box shows a light colored background with black print. The reality is the background is light blue with medium blue print. That's when it is lit. When it is not lit, it is simply a dark screen. Caller ID is worthless to me, because I cannot see the screen. Even if the screen can be changed to another color, I couldn't see to change it. Not happy with this purchase.

This phone looked good and appeared to have all the technology that I needed, however both the receiver volume and the ringer volume are very very poor. There is no way to turn up the speaker volume or the ringer volume. If both these items were upgraded, this phone would be a great phone.

The phone worked well, except the display did not work. So even though you could make and receive phone calls, there was no caller ID or even the time or date. Just lit up. Also, as a wall-mounted phone, it was very unstable. It had to be returned to the store

Being a two line phone, sometimes the lines get crossed and the phone goes silent.

We bought the phone because Verizon said "our problems" was the phone. IT WAS NOT our phones problems, but VERIZONS and still has not been fixed by them. We returned the phone was given an in store credit, (not happy) as Verizon didn't fix the problem and still hasn't and was passed the 14 day limit. We NEVER used the phone. If Verizon would have fixed the problem, we would have NEVER purchased the phone in the first place. Also we would have returned it earlier, but had to go to Dallas for a Memorial.

Bought it for the speakerphone feature, but the sound quality was so poor it was unusable. I wouldn't recommend it. Considered just throwing it away.

It did not work with my Netcom Headset well and I returned it. Buttons were cheaply made and it just felt cheap.

Biggest drawback, when the power flickers or goes out, you must reprogram the phone all over again. No battery backup.
