I wanted a single phone and this was the only one available at the Conyers store. I am not fond of the phone. The Panasonic's have the call blocking capability and this phone doesn't. Also I haven't been able to turn off the automated voice announcing a call. It's annoying and I have Caller ID visible on my television.

I bought this to replace my other phone which causes hissy sound when somebody is calling me on cell phone. I thought this would get rid of annoying sound but it doesn't. And the second concern is the ringer isn't loud enough to be heard from the living room to my room. The voice on caller's ID is low too, the only good thing in this phone is the large lighted keypad and friendly user's set up. There you have it, an honest review.

Good phone small buttons. Too complicated of a menu for senior users IMO.

Great phone for seniors. Big lit buttons makes it easier for them to see and dial. However the digital answering machine doesnt have a very long life span. This is the second one we purchased in about 5 years because the digital answering machine just started to degrade and messages just became garbled staticky mess

I bought this for my for my uncle who is hearing impaired, it said on the site great for the hearing impaired, not so much. But over all a good phone. On a Better note the speaker phone sounds great, and the buttons are big and easy to see.

Well, I am happy with the price as I got a price match. Target had it cheaper so I got to pay the price match price that target had. So that was good. My second thing is that the phone is hard to figure out. I don't remember phones being this hard to work. It's also kinda of staticky. I do like the feature of the answering machine. Beyond that not a lot of positives. But i needed it to make sure my phone line worked. Keeping it But definitely looking for another phone. I wanted cordless so I could walk around so that's another positive. I'm sure once I figure out the phone like it more

Ordered online picked up purchased item in the Annapolis Store got item home found to be opened-boxed informed the store and also made a complaint via telephone because I was charged full price for open box item the only offer they made for inconvenience was to bring item back for a 10% discount (WOW), very poor customer service and the person I talked to over the phone promised to call me backed in 24hrs well it never happened. I would recommend the phone just checked anything purchased from Best Buy online before leaving store Life Lesson.

Cheaply made but works. Got for my mother as simple device. Despite trying to set for 6 rings, it hangs up after 3 rings.

works well sometimes its gravely when person is talking on other end dont know why. but it works most of the time takes messages well and volume is good. priced a little high but it is a phone and answering machine. does beep when im on phone and incoming call so thas nice. still getting to know this phone

After finally receiving this phone after "shipping delays" I was stunned to find out I needed to purchase an additional part. If you have high speed internet from your cable company a DSL FILTER (NOT INCLUDED) is required. The filter must be plugged into the telephone wall jack, then the telephone line jack into the filter. There is no mention of the need for this filter at the time of purchase. The filter cost an additional $15 + tax. Actual cost for this phone is $69.00 (not 49.99) and also wait a week for the part. Total con job !!!

Very average Phone. It’s usable. I find it hard to retrieve my voicemails. And it’s overall volume is below standards. But it’s adequate for my use.

While the phone does announce who is calling, It is scratchy and not very clear. I live in the metropolitan New York City area so there should be clear connections.

Great phone easy to use, was in store just to buy the headset but coudnt find it so the price and knowledge i had of the overall phone made me just buy a whole knew one.

The new iMac purchased is great. I love it. As far as the salesmanship on the part of the salesman, I was disappointed. The unenthusiastic gentleman was not very encouraging of selling the iMac, nor inquiring of any questions I may have had. Nor did he offer any suggestive points of interest with the system. He just seemed like another Joe working a 9 to 5 job. Peace out.

The sound quality is poor and the buttons decide if/when they want to work. Sometimes the buttons will get stuck during dialing, which is not ideal when you are trying to enter info for an automated call. If this was my regular phone I would replace it, but the landline is not our main phone number. On the positive side, it allows us to screen calls so we don't have to speak to the many scam artists who are out there.

We purchased the original phone in the fall and within a few months the screen went blank meaning we couldn't see who was calling or change any of the settings, as time and message. We purchased the new phone, same one, recently and so far so good.

This is my second time buying product from this company and working well for me. Also, found this item on sale .. good price

This handset appears to be well made and offers many features. But installing it and setting it up was difficult. The installation instructions are generic for several AT&T phones, so some of the pictures and diagrams don't match this specific phone. Best Buy priced this phone attractively.
