Customers are saying

Customers often highlight the ease of use, large button size, and good sound quality of the CRL32102 cordless phone. Many appreciate the clear caller ID, affordable price, and inclusion of an answering machine. While some found the setup straightforward, others noted the ringer volume could be improved and that call blocking is a missing feature. A few also commented on the phone's appearance when wall-mounted.

Liked this, read the reviews, and glad I selected it... it's working great, and is easy to use. I still keep a landline, because if you are hearing impaired.... this is so much better than trying to use a cell phone on long calls. So yes, sound is very good; answering machine works great, and I like the large buttons and display. Highly recommend. I did have some trouble getting it to come on , on first day, until I turned the modem off, then back on, at which time all the display lights came on. And phone worked fine.

Purchased this phone for my Grandmother and she loves it. The display is large enough for her to see without her glasses. The install was easy and the menu setup with the preference we wanted was also easy. It did take a few minutes to figure out how to select the choices I wanted in the menu, but once that was done I had no other issues. The phone will say the name of the caller as long as that person is in your phone directory which you input yourself. This is a great feature for my Grandma. I would recommend this product to others.

Nice phone. Works very well and is clear to hear everyone. It will announce the numbers as you push the number buttons which is a plus for someone who has trouble seeing. Easy to set up. The only thing I do not like is the message play back. The volume is so loud and you can’t turn it down to a reasonable level. Other than that it’s a nice system.

Landline Phones are becoming extinct, but for the few people left who need them (like my parents), this is a good phone. Easy to use, Easy to read, and not too many features to confuse. Sound quality is good, and battery life fantastic.

This is my first new cordless phone in 20+ years; the other was my very first and it finally died. I like this new phone. I tried out a number of phones to see how they would feel to hold, dial, etc. and this one feels good in my hand, the dialing feels solid. I like the caller ID announcement to decide if I want to answer; the announcement of numbers as I dial is a little creepy. Answering machine works well; directory features easy to use. The only thing uncomfortable was holding the phone during a long conversation and needing to use my hands to write, etc. Like most phones these days, it was hard to balance between my ear and shoulder. (I forgot there is a speaker feature I could have used.)

We had our old analog phone with answering machine give out and found this phone with answering machine and are very pleased with how simple it is to operate. The sound is clear and has an audio boost. You can set the phone to announce who is calling you, which is a feature we weren't looking for but really like. The cost of the phone was very reasonable..

Average cordless phone with answer machine

Average phone with a lot of features. Handle has large numbers with large enough letters so as to make it easy to see. The ringer volume and answering machine volume can be adjusted to be quite or loud if needed. When some one calling, the phone - the computer voice reading the caller ID has a lot of pronunciation problems - so I did not find this very useful. The manual is easy to follow to set up or turn off any of these features. When dialing the numbers, numbers sometimes stick. Average phone with good silver/black color.

I needed a new cordless phone for the kitchen. I already have a 4-handset previous AT&T model of this one. The phone is easy to setup, the audio quality is good, and it has excellent range. Only complaint is that the LEDs for the call counter could be a little brighter. Otherwise it is very easy to use.

The system I purchased at the store did not work properly and in some areas not at all. But I had purchased the extended warranty and I called AT& T and they sent me a new system and I have not had any problems. I like it.

We purchased this product not to long ago but so far its met our expectations. The big numbers help my elderly mother easily dial, the sound quality is good, and the phone has good range. My only peeve, unless I'm missing the function, is that is doesn't have a phone finder button. Being a cordless it can be left anywhere and sometimes hard to find. Other than this the phone is Great for the price.

I bought this phone for my mother in law. It is easy to setup and easy to program. The phone has big numbers for dialing. You can turn the volume way up so when the phone rings you can be in another room and you will hear it. The answering machine works well. ATT makes a good phone.

So far the phone works well and is fairly easy to use and set up. It was the the only cordless phone of it's kind at Best Buy, so I bought it and am happily satisfied with the sound and many options it offers.

Love the options for announcing, ability to make conversations louder for those who need it, multiple ringers, display and setup was easy. Only problem I have encountered is the lack of blocking calls...unless of course, I can't figure that out. Not for the lack of looking.

Got it for my Mom for Christmas because she has eye disease and almost blind in left eye, so she could not see numbers or who was calling. She loves this phone. It's also loud enough for her. Only downside is it only rings twice and then directly goes to answering machine. She really likes it though because she can hear people when they call.

The phone replaces an older answering machine and is easy to use even by my 87 yr old mother. Buttons on the detachable phone are a bit small for her but usable. the are fine on the base. She especially likes the slow play and the speaker phone on the handset. The phone was easy to install and set up the call log feature and verbal caller announce features are a blessing for me.

I purchased this a few years ago for my mother as a gift. She loves that the number buttons are much bigger for her to see. When calls come in the phone will speak out the name or number making it much easier for her. I would recommend this phone for anyone looking to purchase a house phone or to gift to a older relative.
