wouldn't register with AT&T - CL80113, which was what the sales agent said would work. Four help desk people later - sales, geek squad, product specialist and then geek squad again - advised that it probably wasn't compatible and should return it. Call quality on the help desk also wasn't great.

I needed a two line land line phone system to replace the failing one at our home office. The people at Best Buy had NO IDEA why we would want one like this, nor correctly order the Expansion Handsets that would actually work with this unit.

The screen went out the second line and cordless phone stopped working within 16 days of my purchase. The company is giving me a run around about the replacement.

This unit is to complicated for my use. I would not recommend buying this telephone.

The corded portion of the phone was fine, neither good nor bad but did its job. However, the cordless phone distorted the voice, broke up numerous times and we returned it. I had bought it because Best Buy did not have a Panasonic two line corded/cordless option. I have now bought a Panasonic from another store.

I've had this setup for less than a year and during the recent rolling power outages the base unit fails to come back on. verified good voltage from the power adapter. and there is no way to reset the chordless handset so I can use it with a replacement base. Avoid this phone model.

I bought this for a business phone and the hand held has completely stopped working and I need it for our shop. Bought it a little over a month ago and now what... Can't return it to Best Buy and AT&T will maybe get back to me in 48 hours. What a waste of money!!!!!!

I am not happy with this phone and currently am not even using it anymore. We bought this phone due to two lines that we have at our business you cannot answer both lines and when someone leaves a message the message goes and records on both lines that’s the only time both lines work.

The phone system is sound echoes and hangs up. No very good when you are taking a reservation for room rental. If you are to far from the base the quality of the hand set is so bad, I have had to call back from my cell phone. I truly wish I had never bought it.

Average quality and did not like the feel and workings of it. Could not plug my Netcom Headset into it

Phone goes dead in middle of conversation and when you try to call back the other phone rings then goes dead you can hear the other party but they can't hear you

You can leave a message, but the machine does not record it. Might as well not have a phone.

Item was incomplete in the box. Return has been delayed.

The hand set has a button on the side and I keep hitting it while it's on my side. Kind of a pain.

Buttons incomprehensible. Sound quality of tin garbage can.

Purchase was made on basis of prior experience with AT&T products, positive reviews at this website and strong recommendation at the local Best Buy store. Poor quality components are evident after 6 months of daily use in an office environment. AT&T used to make quality equipment, but this equipment is not worth the cost and aggravation with all too frequent hissing sounds and intermittent blue tooth connection issues with I Phone that is plugged into base less than two feet away from where the cordless handset is being used.
