  • Great bike, one small issue

    Ebike works a intended. Relatively easy set up when following the video instructing. Climbs hills well with pedal assist (not very well with just throttle) and paired with phone easily. It maintains 20 mph on flat ground. The biggest issue is that the disc brakes need adjustments and can be difficult if you've never done it before. It squeals due to misalignment which could become dangerous or wear out the brakes faster. I also hear a constant sputtering noise with the front brake, but i have finished realigning the brakes yet. Got it on sale for 600 ish

      Hi there! We suggest upgrading the brake pads to organic. This can help reduce the noise.

    Great easy to use bike. Assembly was simple and only took about 20 minutes. Excellent bike for beginner e-bike riders like me.

    Was easy to assemble and was ready to go within 20 minutes. Been using for a few months but did have the kickstand break. Warranty process pretty easy for the fix. Fast and battery lasts as promised.

    The individual from the Memphis store that assisted me was absolutely great! He stayed on the phone with me for over a half hour, and kept checking inventory status on this eBike until it popped up, then immediately locked it in for me. Absolutely the BEST example of customer service I have ever experienced!

    So far I love this bike. It was a great value!! It allows me to get around the neighborhood with ease, moves at a good speed, and I love the app that keeps my distance recorded. Now, I just have to take it on a longer trip to really see how many miles it can go.
