This is my first espresso machine and I'm impressed by the quality of coffee, features and ease of use. The design is simple but elegant and the machine is fairly easy to use. It came with a full complement of accessories including the frothing pitcher, tamper, measuring scoop, pressurized and non-pressurized filters. The water tank is huge and the machine is capable of 19 bars of pressure though it's not adjustable. The single and double espresso buttons can be reprogrammed easily but the default setting seems to work fine for me producing strong espresso with good crema. Instructions were fairly clear and the machine produced good espresso right from the first cup though quality/appearance of coffee is obviously dependent on coffee roast and grind size. We used regular coffee grinds for the first couple cups and there was minimal crema and espresso was definitely weaker than what we could make later with the correct grind. Foaming wand is easy to use with the included pitcher and produced good quality foamed milk for lattes. Cleaning is relatively easy and the water level indicator in the tray is a clever touch. I went through the packaging twice but couldn't locate the filter cleaner. The machine has a retro design with the pressure gauge etc and everything works as intended. Only complaint would be the flimsy steam/hot water dial on the side. The visual indications could be better (e.g. it's easy to run the blank shot with water below the min line and the machine just makes gurgling noises and buttons flash). I've had to turn the machine on and off after refilling the tank to get out of this mode. Overall, this is a good buy for the price.

I got this one on sale and couldn't be happier. The features are top of the line, and it performs like a champ. My daughter, who is a barista, loves using it when she comes to visit. I just use the basic functions daily and it is extremely easy to use and to clean.

Excellent unit and extra features. Makes great espressos and cappuccino drinks. Works easily and cleans easily. Water reservoir is easy to remove and fill and contains plenty of water for several drinks.

Bestbuy shipped to mybhouse the first one has missing accessories. The sexond one made good coffee. But very loud and shaking. And bigwst prblem that program for 2 cup doesnt work. I have to stand there and press and hold to make it work. And hold the button release when ever you think it finish.

Very nice way to use once you look up videos on other using the product. Easy to clean as well. Awesome purchase

Works great. It can be a little bit confusing if you dont know how to operate one. However, manual is fairly easy to follow for perfect cofee.

It is easy to operate and the effect is very good. The milk froth is very smooth and it is recommended.

Wow.....it's so nice. Have had all sorts of espresso machines, nespresso/stovetop/etc. .....but the classic is the best. Great quality so far. I make about 3 a day and it heats very quickly and makes great crema. Have used all features to test and also work great.

Great machine, you easiliy creat coffee with good creama amount. Coffee taste great. Steam to do capuccino os good amoumt more than enough to do 2 cups without waiting a lot. Quality of.the product is good. Have had it for a long time now still work well and mashine still looks new.

Despite a brief hiccup with my original purchase (product was damaged from manufacturer), I couldn't be more pleased with this espresso maker. I am an amateur at pulling a shot, but the Bella bridges the gap and gives a great espresso with a fantastic crema. The additional milk steamer and hot water functions just add to the value. If you're new to the game, this will not disappoint. Don't think twice. Buy it!!

If i could give this zero stars i would! When you pay $300+ for an expresso machine you expect it to last more than 31 days. Yes, thats right folds. Ordered 5/19/23. Received 5/20/23 and first use was 5/21/23. Exactly 31 days later, conveniently one day past when it could be returned to Best Buy, the steamer stopped working and steam started coming from all the seams in the machine. Contacted Best Buy and they would not return or exchange. Called manufacturer and opened a support ticket. Had to send them photos of expresso maker and a video of what was happeneing. They agreed to replace after i sent a photo of the cut power cord (proof the device was inoperable). Low and behold the device they want to replace my $300 purchase with is not even close to what this machine is. The new device SRP is $199 but ive found it for as low as $98. To add insult to injury, they promised the cheap, lower quality replacement to be here in 2-4 work weeks. It will be 5 weeks tomorrow and not even a notifcaation of shipment. Beware! Guess i should have know when i received correspondence from 3 different companies regarding the issue.
