I ordered this unit and received it right around Christmas. Since then, I've probably put about 25 capsules through, and have used the inserts for grounds about 6 times. I used Cafe Bustelo, and it turned out great every time. If you are in the market for a Nespresso capsule machine, I highly recommend this little machine. It's by far less expensive than nearly every Nespresso unit, and you can use your own grounds if need be. Also, it's super compact and fits at my desk perfectly. I do have to say it's a little loud, but not bothersome.

well it took me a few months to actually put it together. but once I put it together was have major issues because instructions booklet that came with it did not help. but i looked up the reviews on the product and alas THANK EVERYONE WHO LEAVES A REVIEW because if not for that i would of been out a whole lot of $$$ . but eventually i had to get water in the system. I shook it, tried time, time again not understanding what i was doing wrong cussed it out i talked sweetly to it . but at the end of the day i looked up the reviews on best buy for the product because there are no videos on the web for this particular product !! i just have to keep priming it taking it off putting it back on until you see the water/ air bubbles of water tank. trust the process dont loose your patience !! and for those who receive item with no issues be very thankful .. that's all im going to say but again. I TRULY THANK PEOPLE THAT LEFT REVIEWS 4 THIS PRODUCT THAT HAD ISSUES AND GAVE SOLUTIONS THAT HELPED THEM GET THE PRODUCT WORKING !!! you all got mad respect from me and a high five TYTYTY

I was a little suspicious at first cause it seemed too cheap to be good, but ended up being amazing. It works perfectly for Nespresso-like capsules but it also has an adaptor for grounded coffee in case you prefer it or run out of capsules. The machine creates good pressure to extract the flavor and gives it a nice hot temperature. Aesthetically, looks beautiful in my office. On the downside , it is a little noisy. I thought people were overreacting but it is much louder than a regular Nespresso machine. Overall, wonderful purchase!

Works better then expected for the $30 price, I'm definitely happy I got it. I grind my own coffee and use the double shot for it. Works really well. Only downside is the noise is a bit loud in the morning.

this is a great little machine, same as other espresso without the regular portafilter nor the steam wand... but it is 51mm compatible basket, you can also customize the water volume dispensed, just press and hold the 1 or 2 cup and hold it until the desire volume is dispensed, then release the button and the setting will be saved....Remember to purge the water pump system, trying several times the 2 cup button until water go thru (if not, try plug and unplug the water tank several times to force the air bubbles get our the pipes and keep trying pumping with the 2cup button)... i had to pop up the plastic at the bottom of the basket with a utility knife and then drill a bigger hole in the outer wall of the basket to make it non pressurized basket (just being carefully of not damage the inner wall with all the holes on it), then press the plastic back in place, or maybe just using a regular non pressurized basket . Now using 51mm tamper and a good grinder i was able to control the extraction a little better and get a better espresso... not bad for a cute small espresso machine at my office.

Don't know about other reviews, but this machine is my key to heaven. Small and compact. Does the job without any issue. The dual mode for grinded coffee it Nespresso cups are the best. Perfect every brew.

Makes a great cup of espresso, with a nice thick crema-head, am pleasantly surprised of product value (paid only $60) though instruction book could be better and no videos available online for the product, but thus far I am very satisfied.

I was a little skeptical due to the low price but man was I surprised. Feels well built, compact, easy to clean not so whisper quiet but what budget friendly machine is. It has a manufactures 2 yr. warranty which indicates it should hold up. Well worth a look.

I gave this as a housewarming gift. It was supposed to be new, but it was used. I could tell as soon as she opened the box. Some of the parts were missing like brown reusable pod. To top is all off, it didnt work. Now I understand why whoever had it before returned it. It was horrible.

Bella has some amazing kitchen products. I saw this deal on the deal of the week and jumped on it. Machine is well made and pretty sturdy. Made well and can’t wait to use everyday. So far so good but I only used it few time. Expresso from capsules or make ur own with ground Expresso. Nesexpresso style. Highly recommended

I've had my eye on this coffee maker for nearly a year now, so when it went on sale I decided to pull the trigger and order it. It was delivered a day early which was nice, however not only was I sent an open box item for the price and product description of a brand new product, but this item literally had coffee grounds caked onto it from previous use!!! How disgusting. Will be returning in store today (12/20/22) and posting updates in this review.

Very limited documentation. Unable to find it on Bella websites. Many parts are made of ABS or similar type plastic. It's compact with a nice finish, but doesn't speak high-end. Followed directions and no water moved through it so decided it needed to be returned. However, knowing that it has a pump and pumps often need to be primed, I decided to try something. I placed the water tank inlet of the unit into a running faucet forcing water into the system. This apparently primed the pump and it worked properly. It is operating now. Made about 5 double shots without issue so far. It's very simple, convenient and the espresso seems fine. The pump makes noise which would be expected. It isn't particularly loud. Wonder how long it will last though?

The Bella Pro Series Espresso Machine is a fantastic addition to any kitchen. It delivers café-quality espresso with rich crema and full-bodied flavor, thanks to its high-pressure system. I haven't owned an espresso or Nespresso machine before this one, but for the money, I feel like it's hard to beat. Plus it's the only one I've seen that not only does original line Nespresso pods, but also comes with the adapter to use your own grounds. It's simple, easy to use, and adaptable. Sure, it makes some noise like another reviewer mentioned, but that's what machines that brew under pressure do. The pump in this is brewing the coffee at approx 290psi...think about that. It's amazing to me that it's not louder given the amount of pressure these appliances create. For me, this is an easy 5/5 star machine. Would recommend to anyone dipping their toes into Nespresso/Espresso.
