I’m so happy with my new kettle. I got it because I was done burning my delicate leafs and sipping on bitter tea. This kettle helps with temperature control with preset buttons. I love the warm feature since it will keep your cup pa warm as you come back for more. Bella is true to its name, it’s a beautiful looking kettle, it even has neat lights and warm sounds to alert you. It’s super easy to clean and looks great on the counter. I highly recommend!

My wife and I love to drink tea. And I drink a lot. Since we do not have natural gas in our apartment we decided to buy electric kettle with ability to make a tea. We had 3 different kettles before and all of them start leak within could of weeks. Bella Pro kettle definitely has better built quality than all of our previous ones. Excellent feature to select different temperature based on kind of tea you are going to make. We mostly drink black tea and we do use maximum heat. But we also make sometimes flower tea which required less heat. Good white LED inside the boil chamber and around the buttons.

I originally purchased this item when I returned from India and had to make chai tea lattes DAILY. However, I recently left the kettle in the sick and water soaked the electrical outlet underneath the kettle (Instructions CLEARLY indicate not to submerge and I normally just hand wash kettle). It stopped heating up so I just bought another one with my Rewards certificates, and wha-lah, I'm in my tea heaven again. It works great; love the different buttons to indicate type of tea (or coffee), and the keep warm option. Tea tastes terrific every time! Best Buy also has the best price on this item when I checked Amazon & Walmart.

I was very excited to buy this for my girlfriend. All she said she wanted was a kettle, other than another item for Christmas. Till this date, she has only used it 3 times. She stated that after the first use, rinsing out and drying it out, she couldn't get this one "spot" to go away. I mentioned to her it was probably the steel. So, I used the appliance next and after rinsing it out and drying it out I also received a "spot" on the bottom inside of the kettle. We both tried it one more time and figured out this was a rust spot - inside of the kettle. It would always show up after you let the kettle sit. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING? This is pretty alarming as this is mixed with the water we are supposed to drink from this kettle. This was one of Best Buys best sellers and I've heard that this Kettle was a big deal also. I guess my fault was not reading ALL of the reviews. At this point I just want my money back since this is a known problem with this particular Kettle. I couldn't do anything with BestBuy, as the return policy was only 15 days and when I called Bella they told me to email. So Since February it's been collecting dust.

Since the day I received it (September 22nd) I started drinking my herbal mix and I make it 2-3 times a day. The kettle is always full! Very easy to use. No need to constantly watch it, just push the button and done! The only thing is - the bottom did stain and takes a little effort to clean.

Decided to upgrade to the 21st century with this electric water heater shenanigans and it is awesome. Heats up the water in a fraction as it would on the stovetop.

for this product I really like it It easy to use and make my tea or any hot drinks easy for me to make

I love this little guy. It makes most anything that needs steeping easy and portable to a degree. We use it in our outdoor location and inside events etc. Decent addition to the kitchen

Overall I've been buying Bella Pro series small appliances, this is Ok, even though look very appealing the handle comes off with time from the top, the plastic holders on the inside break with daily use, when you wash the container the spiral resistance at the bottom retains water and every time you pick it up to pour coffee it will drip coffee and soil any surrounding surface only pro I could find is how fast it boils the water

I have been wanting an electric kettle for some time. After a year of contemplating I am grad I thru out my stove top kettle and purchased this electric kettle. It feels like it takes seconds to make my tea, and i loved the auto shut if alert when it's done.

It works good. I have no problem with it except the fact that it would be hard to clean if you let the tea be there for an hour or so.

The product is good in terms of functionality. Not given 5 star because just after a tea boil you just see rusting on the rubber seal inside the bottom. Just to say it rust easily

The top piece of the filter basket broke within 3 months of purchase. The handle connecting the filter basket with the cover became loose too. So we started using it by just dropping the basket in the kettle. I emailed to Bella to see if we can get a replacement filter. But they said they do not have parts for it and will send me a new kettle. For this I would have to cut the electric cord and send them the picture. After this it would take them 6-8 weeks to send me a new kettle. So what would we do for 6-8 weeks. I tried to convince them to send me just the part. But the customer representatives were not that helpful. So I decided to write a review. I will not buy bella products in future!!! Disappointed

Just ordered Vahdam Tea ... it’s one of Oprah’s Favorite Things. I wanted a way to brew it and it not be too hot to damage the tea. This kettle it perfect with the temperature options. And the price is great.

It is very easy to use and I loved it. My daughter uses it all the time to make teas in this cold weather.

I bought the product in January 2023, and in June 2023, I started noticing a leak. It would wet the entire base where the water heats up. With less than 7 months of use, it has become impossible to use as it is leaking a lot of water. I don't know where the leak is coming from. I will have to activate the product warranty.
