This was marketed as a monitor for designers. At the price point, I was still undecided between the apple display and this one but figured I'd save $500. That was purely false advertising from BenQ. I got it today and I'm already returning it. I've been a designer for 18 years and was pumped for this, but talk about a let down. Don't get me wrong, the picture is nice and soft, similar to a macbook. But, you cannot get the same whites and blacks and it's not possible per my chat with a rep. I went to install drivers and software... They don't even have them on the site yet for this monitor! WHAT?!?!?!?! And the final straw, it's pretty glitchy and laggy. I'm working in illustrator. When I click on an item, the item sticks to the cursor until I click again. Really handy for grabbing multiple items ;). I proved this by dragging illustrator back to the macbook and all worked fine. Anyway, too many issues to support this brand. I was hopeful!
