The Bissell carpet cleaner is not too heavy and is not difficult to use. It performed well. It removed stains that professional cleaners were unable to get out. Drying time was not too long either.

I loved this purchase! The deep clean does take a few hours to dry, but the express clean shows the same results with quick drying results. Even though you vacuum beforehand, clumps of hair are still going to come up in balls all around where you're steaming, so this cleans and removes deep deep hairs. sometimes it's a little leaky if it's filled with dirty water and left standing. not sure if i'm doing something wrong for that but it doesn't bother too much.

I had a Hoover carpet cleaner that served me well for 9 years - but finally the brush stopped working, so I replaced it with this Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution. Wow, take a look at the second picture and the difference it made on one of my area rugs. That is with 2 cleaning passes and two suction passes. I am very happy with the ProHeat 2x Revolution. My only gripe is that the front suction area takes some work to clean. But they do give you a flexi tool to help get the gunk out - so that mitigates it somewhat. Note - this is essentially the same machine as the more expensive ProHeat 2X Revolution Pro. They both have the same brushes, tanks, and suction power. The difference is that the fancier model can squirt cleaner out the front (which is kind of a gimmick, if you ask me. I can spray a few squirts of Resolve Carpet Cleaner myself, and much more accurately). The other difference is on the Pro model the entire front housing lifts off so it is easier to clean inside the machine - which I admit is a nice feature. But not worth $70.

It took me MONTHS to decide on a carpet cleaner. I spent a lot of time researching the different features & reading all of the reviews. I have a one bedroom apartment with a cream/tan colored carpet. For most of my time in this apartment I've had one foster cat at a time in addition to my own cat. Foster cats can be messy. I've always spot cleaned my carpets, but it was time to do a good deep cleaning. So I needed a machine that was strong enough to get some set in stains. But I wanted something easy to use & easy to store in a small space. I had in the back of my head that I wanted to go with a Bissell because I'm a big fan of the work they do with local animal rescues. But I did research all types of machines. I kept coming back to this one. It has turned out to be everything I wanted & more. PROS: Separate tanks for clean & dirty water, which makes it easier to clean the tanks. A lot of Bissell cleaners have one tank with an internal bladder to separate the water. Very lightweight & easy to maneuver. So easy to use it almost feels like vacuuming. Very powerful & cleaned set in stains like it was nothing. Also so powerful that it fluffed my carpet to look new. Did a good job sucking the water back up out of the carpet. Easy to clean the machine when you're done. CONS: None. Seriously. None.

I have owned one of these before , but buying this time from Best Buy was a pleasant experience. Great customer service; easy ordering and instore pickup. Product is very lightweight and easy to store. Leaves very little water behind so drying time is minimal! Gets out stains easily with presoak. My carpets never looked better! Would highly recommend this product to everyone!!!!

Bought this because my old one died. Got it home and, even with my limited skills and dexterity, I slapped this jammy together with no scars or extra parts. Filled her up ... pushed the button ... and was transported to carpet cleaning nirvana. This thing just works. And is't powerful. I ran it in "Deep Clean" mode and was at first appalled, then enthralled at what this machine pulled out of my carpet. I clean my carpets regularly, but you wouldn't think so with the amount of sludge that came up. And imagine my surprise when the aforementioned sludge was followed by a set of keys I lost three years ago, some pottery from early plains dwellers, and what I think is an Acrocanthosaurus tooth. After the tooth, I turned the machine off for fear that I may disturb the space-time continuum, making the whole carpet cleaning exercise somewhat meaningless. But I will try again. My wife said so. (This really is a great machine. Simple, powerful, efficient.)

Unit works good for the money making quick work of typical carpets.

I did an express clean on my area rugs that I've used for three or so months. Look at the difference! I also used the attachment to clean dog urine in my back seat - works in removing the liquid and smell! Highly recommend. Easy to set up and use.

This vac is the best! Gets all the dog hair. Very durable so far. We use it daily.

This vacuum is AWESOME. The dirt it pulls up is it so awesome, but it does create a cleaner space especially if you have pets. I had some stuck on stains that it pulled up like nothing. The heating feature is wonderful; my carpet probably dried twice as fast because of this feature.

After doing research on cleaners on YouTube. We are very satisfied about our purchase. Best carpet cleaner we have ever owned. Removed stains that the prior Brand was not able to due. No more hiring outside companies to come into our home and get over charged for the same or better results.

I use it to clean the inside of my truck and it got all my stains out that I could never get out. I HIGHLY Recommend this to anyone with kids or animals!!!!

Totally REVIVED MY EXPENSIVE RUG RUG It grasped after all the dirty that was deeply embed into my rug for two years and from a pet and there is not one spot or ounce of pet hair or human hair left on this rug

This is the second Bissell Rug Cleaner that I have purchased. It did a fabulous job on my bedroom carpet. My other one wasn't working well. I had it for over 10 years.

Quality engineered. If it doesn't seem to fit together, you're going the wrong way. Cleaning is as fun as a stand-up rental. Mine came with two bottles of soap which was the difference maker. Yes, if you are reading this, you too stare dumbfounded at the person who just explained to you there are no such things as rentals anymore. This is a good machine. I've now used it and rented it out to neighbors twice.

This is a great machine - easy to use, to empty and to clean. My carpets had not been cleaned in a very long time so I did have to clean certain areas two to three times before they looked like new. Highly recommend.

I love this product, very easy to use and change out the water while shampooing. I wish it were alittle easier to get along walls though I can never get right up next to the walls

The wife is in absolute love with this machine. Seems to pick the dirt and grime up fine, but I can still smell dog pee, and she’s dumping tons of solution in the hot water.

This is the first carpet cleaner that I’ve bought so I don’t have anything else to compare it to, but it works well! The instructions state that carpet takes 8 hours to dry afterwards but it’s more like 2 days for me. It’s worth it though!
