||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wish I could give it 0 stars. The first problem is Best Buy only giving you 24 hours to download the product. i downloaded it to my phone thinking I had time to download to my other devices. Wrong. After the 24 hours expire, you have to go to Bitdefender website to download. I've been trying to download for 4 days and the website signs in and immediately signs you back out. Their customer service is useless. You explain what is happening and they keep responding, "We need a little more information from you!" Total waste of money.
