Do not buy. Even the cheapest LG or Samsung phone is better than this one. Phone lacks of memory and the screen freezes millions of times. Just do yourself a favor and pay $30-$50 more and buy a Samsung.

It is a good phone, not very fancy, but for someone that uses the phone on basic stuff is more that enough

I've had this phone for a little over two years and at first it was decent. I needed a phone for basic communication and emergencies, but nothing heavy. The phone was fine for that although I think its antenna is weak as my wife's ancient flip phone gets much better coverage (we're on different networks but still). The real issue with this phone is after 6 months or so full screen ads would pop up every time the phone was awakened from sleep. This was not a virus I`d picked up but actually built into the firmware. This information can be found on various forums out there. A factory reset stopped the problem but after a while it started again. Lather, rinse, repeat. Then most recently it began to redirect to various websites whenever awakened from sleep, but also whenever any app was activated. Made using the phone super frustrating. So I backed up my data and tried another factory reset. This time it will not cycle through the software update as the zip file is incorrect. It's bricked for all intents and purposes so I've ordered a new phone from a more reputable brand. Unless you enjoy headaches or like figuring out workarounds to these company-added Malware/spyware issues I recommend avoiding this phone/brand.

Product received in good condition and works fine outside US. Camera not great.

When ordering my cell phone I went to different department stores and did research online. I went into various department stores to see what they had to offer. I went online and ordered my cell phone from Best Buy from a different location to arrive at my address. I was very pleased once I received it and decided on which carrier to use. Thank-you!

A BLU MAX is a durable phone due to humidity climate areas in Asia. I loved the phone as affordable and reliable for my every-day use. I would recommend it to my friends.

Got this for my son who is going to Germany, it is working great so far. He occasionally has to step outside to make calls because we live in a rural area. Works fine in the city, anyone who may have problems could be the fault of the carrier. He has T-mobile, am hoping it will work fine when he gets over there. Got this primarily to use as a phone, am crossing my fingers it will work in Europe.

Great reception and clarity! Perfect to keep in touch with grandson when he's going to and from school, especially in case of emergencies.

MyPrevious BLU failed. This one has a nice screen, but one less signal strength bar at home though. It puts me on the ragged edge of reception at home which is a bummer. It great in high signal strength areas though.
