Well, the good and the bad. The good, it does a good job of cleaning. Finds dirt and lint and dust that the regular vacuum didn't pick up. Really pretty quiet when operating. Does not have a filter bag, just a flat filter. The dust tank removal is easy, The bad. If your carpet is thick and on a thick pad and needs to be stretched out a tiny bit, this is not for you. Wheels are a little small, and the unit is not well balanced. It can go forward on thick heavy carpet. If it get to a stairs it cannot backup on thick carpet, as it sinks in. I imagine if you had a doggie door/ gate it would never have that fault. If you have a stretch spot in the carpet that is not tight it cannot go backward. Really not it's fault. But if it gets stuck it will try to get out, spinning it's wheels and making a black mark on the carpet where the wheels are. This was able to be cleaned up, (soap and sponge and brush out fibres) but it was a scare that it would have worn a hole in the carpet. Basically, if your carpet needs replaced or re-stretched this little robot vacuum will cue you in that your carpet needs attention or replacement. It will highlight a bad install of good carpet. It does have a manual operation pad for remote control. It can be set up to run a program vacuum to avoid tight spots. It said it mops, which is to say dust mops. Not wet mops. Spinning whiskers for mopping on side tend to tangle after a few days of use. You can untangle by hand or replace the brush if you want. ( One spare provided) It is worth buying on sale, if you don't have good carpet installation, or uneven wear issues then it is a winner. It can do some throw rugs pretty easily, some not so well. I will keep him for the downstairs cleaning, I will buy internet wifi vision model for the upstairs. I imagine you could use to monitor your house with it. Picture of what happens if your carpet has a wave in it. Vacuum could not get traction on deep carpet and left these marks, which I was able to recover from with a little work.

We have had our Bobsweep pet hair vacuum for about a month now and we can't say enough great things about it. We have one 80lb. bulldog who sheds like crazy. Bobsweep has picked up more hair than we ever knew was there! The dust bin is so much bigger than on other robotic vacuums and there are so many extras like the UV light and the mop function. Our 5 year old also loves this vacuum and uses it to sweep while his toys hitch a ride on it. It is so much quieter that our friend's roomba and does a better job. Our allergies are not as bad as they were either! This is the vacuum to buy!

Havent had it long but it works great so far. Cant complain. Easy set up and runs a good pattern

The area it does clean it does a good job with but seems to get stuck on any kind of carpet or heater registers and has a hard time with kitchen tables and chairs seems to get stuck in one area and just concentrate on it it has been cleaning for 38 minutes right now in my house and has made it about a 10 square-foot area just keep bouncing off things and going over the same area and never makes it out of a 10 foot section

Bob is amazing. Workhorse. Good battery life. I think it would cook us dinner if it was able. Bob had a small issue post warranty and his customer service team was top notch. They went above and beyond to communicate and follow up with us in the status of the repair and replaced the part needed. Bob is now fully armed and operational. Highly recommend if you need a robot vacuum!

I have been very interested in all of the new robotic vacuums. Doing research on all of the best and most reliable. I took the plunge and purchased one. The Bobsweep has suprised me each time I use it and discover more functions than I knew were possible. The product is reliable, the performance and quality. All of the description and all of the facts that are listed are true. The only thing that was missing from the manual is a warning that this item will put a big smile on your face and sometimes it stays. One more thing is the great price!

bOb is amazing! This little guy does his job without complaining, which is more than I can say about our children. I am consistently amazed by the amount of cat and dog hair he seems to collect and the filter system he has does an excellent job of keeping dust from blowing back out of his rear vent. Everyone in our home loves bOb and we say his name with the tone from the WALL-E movie! When his batteries get to 15%, he automatically goes into a mode that is absolutely fascinating as he looks (and always finds) his charging base. Watching him dock always brings a smile of amazement to our faces and then he immediately begins to charge up for the next time. On a full charge he will clean continuously for over two hours. For tile or wood floors bOb is a God send! He is definitely part of our Family!

He has not let us down. We empty it everyday and it is always full of dog hair. He just keeps on ticking!

I've owned BOB for exactly 2 months. I picked it because it is 'good for dog hair'. It does 1/2 my ranch home & my Roomba does the other 1/2. We have hard surface floors and a couple small scatter rugs. ☑️ The side brush is curling & knotting up (see pic). ☑️ The round brush collects the dog hair instead of sucking it up. ☑️ The "cleaning tool" to clean the roller brush is useless. (My roomba has rubber rollers...so much easier to remove the dog hair from it). ☑️ The vacuum pattern is not straight,...very random so it misses a lot of spots. ☑️ Bob gets stuck under my toe kicks in the kitchen & bathroom.

This item very good on carpet but not so great on tile or hard wood but it's a must have I bought another for my bedroom

I have dogs and they shed constantly. Bob is helping me to keep up with it! I love him! ❤️

I have a baby who loves to put anything in his mouth including cat hair. This vacuum is perfect we just set it to run at night and wake up with a clean floor. No more spot checking the floor before setting the baby down. Also the remote is lots of fun if your bored.

I bought this vacuum during Blackfriday and have no regrets. It gets both my cats and my hair off the carpet. Bob makes my floors clean without the effort. I had a problem with the sensors, and customer service took care of everything. I am glad to have Bob back and working.

The battery runs down rather fast. It does not avoid getting stuck under furniture and gets stuck on the simplest of things.

It wedged itself under my couch and kept spinning the tires which put 2 black marks in the carpet.

Cannot transition from hardwood floor to area rugs. I have a silk area rug that is less than a quarter of an inch higher than the hardwood floor. b0bsweep simply can’t get onto the rugs. I never have this problem with my other robot vacuums. Please see my photos where my roomba (base model from five years ago) literally runs circles around b0b as he gets stuck. Ran him two times and he died where he got stuck both times after trying in futility to get up the rug. Best Buy doesn’t allow video uploads otherwise I I would post a video so you can see just how utterly bad it failed to perform basic tasks.

My way cheaper EUFY does better with pet care issues than this and its not even rated for pets. The one sided horizontal brush does not grab much unless it is RIGHT under the brush. It cannot go over transitions. There are now several burn marks in my carpet (thankfully no fire) because it got stuck and instead of auto turning off like other vacuums, it kept spinning. I would not recommend this vacuum.

Bought 90 days ago for my parents. They just now we’re able to have someone put it together for them because it came unassembled. With the first use it has ruined their carpet. Bob-sweep gets stuck and runs it wheels to the point of it making wheel stains on their carpeting. Attaching photos.

My hubby LOVES this thing. Loves it. We've had it for four days now and he runs it at least twice a day just to watch it do it's thing and then head back to the charger. "I LOVE IT!" each time it rolls back to its charger. We're both disabled and sweeping floors is a challenge. We haven't done the mop part cuz we doubt it'll be worth the trouble to switch out pads. We have two cats and there's always plenty of cat hair in the bin.

I have always wanted a robot since I first saw them. My friends kept telling me I needed a pet, so I bought a bObsweep instead. Anyway "Bob" is a fun and fascinating robot vacuum that works very well. The remote did not work within a week and I emailed the company and they sent me a new one right away for free. The employee at the company was very friendly and unlike most companies actually cared about my situation and took action without complaint. Very unusual in the world we live in. Easy to use (goes home to his charger when instructed. LOL), works well at cleaning my place. Totally reasonable to buy at Best Buy currently. It recommends itself when I have friends over.
