Works well. Dishes come out clean and dry. The open box item was in good shape but missing a few screws which was a frustration. I also re-used the insulation wrap from my old dishwasher and this dramatically cut down the sound.

The dishwasher looks awesome and hopefully it will work well. Unfortunately, when the dishwasher was installed today, the screws at the top of the dishwasher were not put in straight, so there are now two gouges out of the top panel on the dishwasher. When my husband got home, we were looking at where the gouges are and he was able to get the flashlight and get at an angle where he could see that the screws are at an angle and those screws are exactly where the gouges are out of the panel. This is definitely not what I expected when I paid this much for a dishwasher. I don’t know if the top panel can be replaced or if it will have to be the entire dishwasher, but it needs to be fixed. Also, there was a film over the front of the dishwasher that should have been removed when it was installed. It took us a while to get it removed properly.

Our old dishwasher was a 16 year old Bosch and there is no comparison. The Bosch 800 series is just amazing! The design of the dish racks is so much better it just seems like it can hold so much more. I didn't think we needed a third rack but it is very handy and we use it every day. And, it's soo quiet that you can't hear it at all. I highly recommend it!

This was easily the best retail experience of my life and I’m in my 30s. I went into the store shortly before closing to find what was, at the time a nearly impossible to get Bosch 800 dishwasher. Edward, the store manager patiently answered my questions, even after closing time. I walked away with exactly what I wanted at a discount when all other big box appliance stores had no stock. Installation was timely, and flawless.

Top dishwasher and clean and dry very good and looks good

I highly recommend this top of the line Bosch dishwasher. It truly is very quiet, has a lot of space and options for easy loading of plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, cutlery, pans, etc. The dishes come out clean and spotless, although you do need to use rinse aid (such as Finish). The Crystal Dry feature works great. This Bosch is sleek and nice looking. We are very happy with it!

This unit is fitted with a faulty threaded nut that holds the Zeolite crystal container to the bottom of the tub. Once it cracks, water begins to fill the drying system as seen here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5_8h0m9ZYhM As you can see in my photo, the vent fan is full of water and the threaded nut is cracked. My estimated repair is $500, and the machine won't run in the meantime.

Excellent quality dishwasher with lots of features and great cleaning power. Pros: -Looks nice -Cleans and dries dishes very well (never have to rewash anything) -Has 3 racks including deeper top rack -Ball bearings on middle rack -Extremely quiet (can be a bit louder during first part of cycle if dishwasher is fairly empty) -Has fold down tines in both the middle and bottom racks which are great for flexibility Cons: -Loading can be a pain for taller items with 3 racks (I actually took out the top rack because I found myself constantly re-adjusting the middle and top racks and now I just have the middle rack all the way up and pretty much never have to move it) -Long cycle times (I usually run auto with sanitize and crystal dry and it takes 3 hours) -Eats rinse aid like crazy (this is adjustable but at the default setting which works well for us with hard water it goes through a lot of rinse aid)

Definitely at a 4.5, but not a 5 for me, I’m an Exec Chef, so maybe a bit fussy! Love the quiet running cycle! Love that you can tilt the glasses rack, really makes a difference with water not “pooling” on the top of items that have a slight depression. Love the crystal dry feature. Love that I was able to pick my handle option: flat, recessed, a standard handle with a few different looks. Like the top controls so the stainless has a nice clean look! BUT, they don’t “change” easily. Takes several pushes of the buttons to get the controls to respond. What am I not fond of after a months use? Wish they would have left the timer “countdown” that illuminated on the floor. It was a GREAT feature, and now it’s just a red shining light during a run cycle. Don’t like the upper rack. It used to have a great silverware feature, now it’s a shallow basket shelf, good for some items, but most just slide around. The dedicated silverware holder was a nicer feature in my opinion. There are ALOT of options with the main (largest/bottom) basket. But, they’re set up a bit funny, and still trying to get used to the set up after lots of loads. It’s just (maybe) too many up/down separator features? Overall and outstanding dishwasher and cleans AMAZING! Happy with my purchase!

We purchased this dish washer last month and could not be happier. Our first impression was how good it looks. We knew it was going to be quiet given it is rated at 40 DB but it was hard to believe just how quiet it was. We had to focus our attention to even notice it was on! Then the result was even better. It claimed you did not need to pre-rinse or clean your dishes so I intentionally left them very dirty. The dishes came out spotless. The third rack works great for spatulas or long flatware and the height of the second rack is adjustable which is good for washing tall mugs, etc. Overall, we are very pleased. I also want to give kudos to the Best Buy installers. They faced some tough challenges but they overcame them all without any complaints or attitude and just did a beautiful job!

I would give this a 5 star except im of the opinion all appliances are created with good intentions back pretty lacking in 1 way or other. Nothing is built at 100% so im unwilling to rate it at that. HOWEVER. I come from having fell for the beauty of a Samsung 1 year ago. 4 weeks in, parts broke and destroyed my house. Not once but 3 times during restoration. Fast forward 1 year, the dishwasher was pulled out to have 1 small part repaired the it fell apart. So it was junked and I purchased this Bosch. I've had it 1 week now and here is what I have found. People mainly had complaints about the racks and loading. The bottom where plates go is a little awkward bit a couple spots lay down and helps alot with pots and pans. The utensil holder is deep and fits a ton. The wrack on top fits taller glasses without having to adjust it up and down and honestly loads fine. The top rack is pretty descent too and has a deeper area to one side. Crystal dry well that doesn't mean 100% dry but it does a heck of alot better than the Samsung air dry. The doorflies out of my hand as im closing it so ai have to hold it so it doesn't slam. I do feel like for the cost they could have some how shown you how much dry fluid is left so you know when it fill it back up.. It's a pretty expensive dishwasher and with the pandemic not a ton of options. Its been worth the money. Hopefully it holds to being a good purchase.

This Bosch dishwasher is excellent in all ways! The 40dba super quiet operation is truly so quiet you'll need to look at the red-light indicator on the floor to know if its running! The Zeolite Aka Crystal Dry feature truly does dry everything including plastic completely! Flawless drying without using a heat bar or any other tricks! The look of this Bosch dishwasher is most elegant as well! Installation via Geek Squad was super quick and easy! They took the old dishwasher out and had this new one installed in less than an hour! Very professional. This is the top of the line dishwasher that I've ever owned and it is 100% worth the price!

I LOVE this dishwasher! I wanted something super quiet and this is about as quiet as it gets. I was worried about having a 3rd shelf bc there wouldn't be enough room in the middle, but the adjustable shelf gives me plenty of space and somehow it works. The silverware tray up top is great. Dishes come out sparkling clean, and I love the pocket handle. Highly recommend!

My wife wanted the quiet one so we paid extra for it. It is truly quiet and I measured the noise nearly what the claims said. It cleans dished just like I expect, but it takes a long time... It is big so only need to run it once a day. We like the hidden controls with no visible handle. I wish it had the feature where it will project the status onto the floor...

The dishwasher is so quiet and cleans well. However, we’re still struggling to load it efficiently. Our dishes don’t seem to fit easily. Our biggest concern was the third party install team. They missed the scheduled window by a couple of hours. They never phoned, we phoned them. When customers take time from work to be available, it’s extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional to do this.

Bosch makes a fabulous dishwasher. The best thing about this is that its super quiet. In fact, its almost too quiet. Its near impossible to hear the unit run when it is going. Thankfully, it has a red light that shines on the floor when it is running, so you know that its going. If not for the red light, there would be no way to know if the dishes were being cleaned or not. the configuration of the internal wracks have been a bit difficult for us to get used to. Spaces between the prongs in each wrack are smaller than we're used to, so getting larger objects - like pots or pans - to stand up isn't as easy as you might think. The unit is also a bit smaller inside than I remembered our last Bosch to be (we had one about 10 years ago). Its definitely smaller on the inside than the Kenmore we recently got rid of. However, with a 3rd extra wrack that's perfect for cooking utensils and some delicates, this unit is wonderful. Its cleans dishes very well, is quiet and fairly easy to use (once you get used to it, and the fact that it doesn't make any noise when it runs, so verifying that it *IS* in fact going can be challenging at times - remember the red light on the floor...).

I love the 3 racks - makes it possible to fit so much in the dishwasher. Everything has come out clean as can be - and dry!! I love not having to dry the plastics once the dw has run. It is handy to see the light shining on the floor to let you know that it is still running - because it is super quiet - which is how I like it! Definitely better than past dishwashers that I have bought.

Love this dishwasher. It is quiet and performance is great. Capacity is exactly what my family needed. I really appreciate the 3rd - top top for water bottle tops, straws, etc. The cycle seems long, but I think that I just need to spend some time with the manual and adjust my settings.

Bosch is the best. We had one at our old house and loved it. We moved to a new (used) house this fall. The GE dishwasher just did not get the dishes clean. So we replaced it with a new Bosch. Different as night and day. Dishes come out looking and feeling clean. And you have to be standing next to it and listening to it to even notice any sound. My only complaint is configuration options. I wanted the lower tray with collapsible tines and the third tray designed for silverware. Those two options cannot be obtained on the same model.

Excellent dishwasher. VERY quite. Cleans dishes perfectly the crystal dry feature works great! My wife is very happy. GEEK Squad delivery was smooth and efficient. Kept us informed as to arrive time. Excellent service. Couldn’t have gone better.
