Sleek and quiet! We got the panel ready version and it’s excellent for our kitchen.

Quality dishwasher, super quiet sometimes I don't know if it is running or not. The door was initially heavy but when we installed the panel it got balanced with the panel extra weight.

The Bosch - 800 Series 24” Top Control is a very high quality dishwasher. Raised panel oak door attached easily and looks great. Dishes come out squeaky clean. Love the smart phone interface. When running it is extremely quiet.

Very quiet and efficient. I just started using it so am not sure of the full cleaning capabilities yet. One thing I do no like is the door will not stay open and it slams shut if you release it. I would prefer the door stay open and have to be lifted to close.

I love how quiet this thing is and integrated appliances are definitely the way to go. For the price, I am not super thriller about the racks and how there is no flexibility in how to organize them. Feels dated in terms of how the racks are laid out

Wow! This new Bosch from BestBuy is super quiet and gets all my dishes spotless with zero rinsing before I put them in. Only mostly using the "express" 30min cycle and I am delighted with clean spotless dishes, glasses and silverware. This one replaced a 10-year old unit f a different brand that began to have water leak issues.

I have used several dishwashers in my life. This one was purchased because we previously had a Bosch for a custom panel and it was good. However, wow, this thing is terrible and awfully frustrating! Anybody involved in thinking this racking style is good should be doing something else. The person who designed the racks must either A) not use dishes, or B) use only plates and short heavy glasses. They probably wanted to claim some sort of energy savings number, but I am lucky to get half as many dishes loaded with prior units. So I have to do more loads, which uses more energy and time. Having all these tines at an angle, and having so many, means many dishes don't fit. So I can only place a couple items on a level, if at all. Also, I have to hope things don't flip upside down during the cycle. And then I have to run it again or wash by hand. Defeats the purpose of buying a dishwasher, doesn't it? Additionally, the spring on this one is so much stronger than the older unit I can't even support the door open slightly. And the children about get their fingers pinched by the door slamming on them. Absolutely terrible, Bosch. You need to fix your racking (and door) design and send a free set to every customer, along with an apology letter.

Best Dishwasher we have owned. Quiet, efficient and the 3rd rack is very convenient. It also accommodated the custom front from the Bosch dishwasher we replaced

I was hesitating to pay the price on this dishwasher but my son convinced me to purchase. Absolutely no regrets and money well spent. cannot hear the dishwasher when it runs and the dishes come out spot less!

dishwasher is working great, it even dries !! Orlando, the tech who installed it was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. He was excellent and very respectful and polite !

Cleans dishes better than expected. We had trouble not rinsing dishes before putting them into the washer, as we did with our old washer. Yet with this washer, it's they come out cleaner that our old one.

Excellent quality appliance from a tried and trusted brand

Bought it and within 1 month, we are constantly seeing leaks coming from the door. The whole process to get it fixed has been lengthy and not at all easy. They have long wait times (we have been waiting for weeks to get someone to repair it). Other than that, the machine works fine, but what is the use of having clean dishes when your kitchen is flooded?

Overall the Bosch 800 is a good dishwasher... however the delivery and installation process has been a NIGHTMARE! First the delivery team was scheduled to arrive between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm... after waiting all day, they arrived closer to 6:00 pm... no one ever called and when we reached out to customer service they were not able to provide updates they just said keep waiting! Then the two delivery install people arrived... they were very dirty and reeked of cigarette smoke. We had already removed the old dishwasher so all they had to do was hook up the new one. After what should have been an easy install they refused to install the panel on the panel ready dishwasher leaving that to us to take care of. The next day we turned on the dishwasher before going to bed and woke up the next morning to find that the line to the dishwasher hadn't been hooked up properly and that it had leaked all night causing damage to our kitchen cabinets. After hours of calling Best Buy Customer Service and getting nowhere we went to the store hoping for resolution to our installation problems... The store manager said we had to call the same 800 number in the Philippines that had failed to be able to help resolve the situation in the first place. Frankly the poor installation and the even worse customer service has made the entire shopping experience absolutely miserable. We wish we had purchased this product through a different retailer that was committed to quality and customer service, it would have saved us a lot of heartache.

Disappointed. Bottom rack not stable. Always has a water residue on dishes.
