Decent quality sound, excellent noise cancellation, battery life adequate. Comfortable to wear. I just wish they would go louder, that is the only dark spot for me and the reason I took away a star. It's plenty load for most, but I work in loud environments and I don't have as sensitive hearing as most any longer.

These are great headphone i chose these over the sony xm4. I've heard Sony sound better but thats ok, i still like these ones. I wear these at work and my ears never hurt or get hot. I can wear a few hours straight, not alot of bass and volume isnt really loud but its loud enough and sounds great. Build quality is really good and think they will give me a years of use

Great noise cancelling, comfort, and fidelity. Wish they could be a wee bit louder and had EQ control in the app, as the other Bose noise cancelling headphones do. But those don't fold for travel, as these do.

It was an okay headphone. I like louder volumes and honestly way more bass than what these provided. (Gym Rat) but a great headphone for flights or just day to day usage.

I'm sorry to hear the QuietComfort 45 Wireless Headphones didn't match your expectations in terms of volume and bass, Jose. Don't forget that you can boost the bass via the "EQ" function in the Bose app. As for volume, while we would recommend general caution when using loud volumes, we can suggest turning up the volume on your connected mobile device, if separate from your headphones' volume. If any further issues should arise, our support team will also be happy to assist: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US. Very comfortable set. Noise cancellation works well. One more star if it would allow for a little louder volume at max. Happy with the purchase though.

I might be old school but I like having the buttons available to control things as opposed to the touch things that my fat fingers could never quite figure out. I wish they were just a touch louder but the noise cancelling helps in that regard. I can’t really compare them to any other headphones than the Sony ones (didn’t sound as good and the aforementioned touch sense feature I didn’t like) And the Beats Studio3 which I loved but gave to my wife.

I like the Bose QuietComfort 45 Over-the-Ear Headphone for its comfort (in the real sense!). I think this is my fourth or fifth Bose headphone that I bought in the past few years. I was probably one of the early buyers of this product too. Though I very much like the sound quality, I am a totally disappointed with the function not only with the headset but also with the Bose Music App which is configured for using this headphone. I suspect that there is some issue with the way in which it is connecting over the Bluetooth or something else. When connected there are frequent interruptions when the sound breaks in between or go quiet, calls go on mute on its own, etc. The most annoying thing which I am noticing for the past few days is that the Bose Music app changes the volume of the headphone to the maximum automatically even when I reduce it to the minimum which hurts the ears, especially when you don't realize that the Bose App has changed the volume on its own. Apparently there is a bug in the app. I bought this headphone with a lot of expectation but totally disappointed after spending such a huge amount on it. I would return the headphone right away, if BestBuy allows it!!! I am so disappointed with this product, I don't even want to waste my time on repairing the headphone. Having said that, the experience with buying this product from BestBuy, from ordering through delivery was great, as always.

I got these headphones due to their size. The noise concealing ability is great although sometimes the volume is not as loud as i would like it to be. More importantly there are other noise concealing choices out there but they are not sweat proof nor can they accommodate an ear with a lot of piercings.

You always get high quality audio with any Bose product and this is no exception. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I like the volume to go just a little bit louder than the headset delivers. The noise cancelling is good, but not perfect. I bought these for an extended flight and could still hear the engines slightly which is probably impossible to fully eliminate. Overall I would buy these again, but might want to try out some others at this price point before committing.

I absolutely adore the ear cups of the QuietComfort 45 headphones. They are designed to perfectly cup my ears without any discomfort. However, I do wish they were slightly louder, as I use them during my daily commute on public transportation, where the train noise can get really loud..
