Not Great but not bad either. I'm not blown away by any one things in particular. The bass quality is not what you think it would be, however the overall sound quality is really good but not the best. Comfort wise, definitely the best of experience. The mobile app is an overall great experience but can be a little glitchy at times. Nothing major though. The carrying case is the ball. The ability to add a boom mic is really awesome, I haven't tried that yet. The noise canceling is hands down the best I've experienced at times it can be a bit overwhelming but I love the fact that you can switch it from quiet to aware at the push of a button. The mic background noise cancellation it's not the greatest but it is pretty decent and it might even be better once I include the boom mic.

I purchased these headphones in 2022. In the two years and some months I had it, I have used them extensively. The noise canceling is great and the sound quality is good. It can connect seamlessly to two devices at once (I usually have it connected to my phone and tablet or laptop. I even connected it to the TV once. It holds a day's worth of charge, even shorter if you are using the noise canceling feature. The ear pads are completely falling apart (why I had to remove a star) - but I think I can replace them for $40. Overall, I'm content with my purchase. It still works great, it is just that extensive use has made them look terrible. I had skull candies for longer that look better.

Pros. Lightweight. Comfortable for hours. Works with frame top of head and under chin. Blocks 80% outboard mortar sound on sailboats, lawn mowers motorcycles etc. Fast charging. Great color selection when order online from Best Buy. Fast free delivery from Best Buy Cons. Annoying feedback when exposed to wind. Annoying computer voice for 5 minutes when turned on and looking to connect[Bluetooth] to devices. REALLY ANNOYING LOUD BLUETOOTH CONNECTION WHEN QC-45 CONNECTED TO ANOTHER DEVICE ON BUS. RAP MUSIC! Best Buys online order and delivery status notifications confusing.

The Bose QuietComfort 45 is an excellent noise-canceling headphones. It’s sound quality is impressive. The active noise cancellation is highly effective in blocking out ambient noise. I use it for flights trip. I barley hear the plane noise. It helped me to sleep in flight a lot. The battery life is excellent, providing up to 24 hours of playback time.

Great at noise cancellation as advertised. They’re sleek and comfortable. I often have trouble with laying down with headphones on but not these. They stay on and in tact when I exercise with them. The only complaint I have is that it’s not great for taking Bluetooth calls.

Honestly, theyre great headphones! Although many people say they are extremely comfortable, I still find them a little uncomfortable to wear for a long period of time. It starts to get uncomfortable around the top of my head after an hour or so. I do have to say, the pressure that is created around my upper jaw (near my ear) does bother after a while; something that doesnt happen witn the Sony XM4’s. Besides that, the sound quality is very clear. I do have to say, the bass on these is VERY decent (if EQ’ed around +7)

Very good noise canceling which is what I was looking for. I love the app that comes with it that allows you to adjust the sound settings. I wish the battery lasted longer, but they do charge very fast! Portable and comes with a good case to carry them in.

I really enjoy using the Bose headphones. Great quality sound. I did have an issue of the battery not recharging/ device would not turn on to operate even with charging all night. Bose had qualms replacing it with a new headset. I really appreciate that great customer service!

I like the sound and noise cancellation. The only reason i’m giving 4 stars is because the noise will cut off or start getting static for no reason. It usually fixes after turning it off and back on but very inconvenient.

It's a tad overrated (Bose in general). But after two years of having these and lightly using them, I am impressed by the consistency in the connection and sound. It's a good product.

    Bose Q45 over ear headset

So I bought these headphones a couple weeks ago in your Mohegan lake store in N. Y. These particular headphones weren't as good as my last set because one of the speakers startled to rattle on one side due to the subwoofer going out. I called Bose and they said it would be quicker going to the store to exchange them, but when I went back there they were out of stock of the "smoky white" color I wanted to exchange them for. So I called Bose and they haven't called me back. I put my number in the que but they have yet to call. Also, I notice when you take off the earpads to get to the serial number, they are hard to put back on. My last ART I bought from there a couple yrs back didn't have this issue. So between the store and Bose, I'd like to get this issue resolved. Otherwise, I would of given it 5 stars...

Yes, these are expensive and the noise cancelling isn't all that great. They cut off every now and then. Overall they are easy to use and battery lasts a long time. Still happy I got them. My daughter stole my first pair so had to repurchase. No regrets.
