Best ANC and sound quality, worst everything else
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would give these buds only three stars but the noise canceling and audio quality are nice. As far as microphone goes, it's trash. People constantly on calls tell me they can barely hear me or it sounds like I'm in a bubble.. for a $300 pair of buds, it's very angering. The app that Bose has for these buds is one of the worst apps I've ever used, Sony has a way better app with a lot more customization than you can do on these, if that's something you're into I would recommend the Sony XM4 or XM5, because the app barely has anything that you can do with it. My favorite part of the headphones is the fact that if I want to switch from my tablet to my phone I have to go into the app and actually switch it it doesn't auto switch for you like almost every pair of headphones in the world does now. To be honest, I had a lot of expectations and Bose definitely disappointed. Lastly, the case that it comes in is also ridiculously big compared to everything else on the market. Here's the good news, the sound quality is phenomenal and the noise canceling is honestly some of the best if not the best I've ever used. I considered returning these for the full 2-week period but ended up keeping them due to the fact that I've never had buds have such great active noise canceling. If you're a buds enthusiast these might not be for you, if you're traveling a lot and really just want to focus on blocking out the world around you these might be for you.

Exceptional ANC & Sound
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bose sound quality and ANC are exceptional, without a doubt. I have owned several different ear buds; including soundcore, google buds, all of samsung's buds. I also own a pair of Bose Headphone. The reason I'm keeping the bose buds is due to the ANC. If I have an apple device, I would definately go for the Air Pod Pro 2, it just have an overall well balance of features. Onto the Bose, let's talk about the things I wish it could have been better. Case design along with the polish/finish is not to my standard. Case looks too bulky and those with fat fingers will have a hard time taking the buds out at times. No wireless charging is like something can live with since the weight has gotten better compare to the 1st Gen. Everytime you put on the buds, there are the "voom" sound, not sure if that can be disable. Mic is just decent, still two levels below Air Pod Pros 2 IMO. As someone that often on the call, I would prefer something that is well rounded. Keep in mind currently the left buds can't be use independently till "future update". Bose app may need some polish as well. If you only care for sound and ANC, these are one of the best. You may still hear some minor loud backgroud noise with no music playing and ANC can be adjusted to suit your liking. The fit is great, can wear for long duration and is very comforable with different size tips/wings. All the Galaxy buds fits me very well so you may use that as reference.

Great but it became suddenly quiet.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been using the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II True Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones in Triple Black for about a year and a half now. For the majority of that time, they’ve been nothing short of fantastic. The sound quality was excellent, the noise cancelling feature was impressive, and the comfort was top-notch. They truly lived up to the Bose reputation. However, over the past three weeks, I’ve noticed a significant change. The right earbud has become noticeably quieter, and the noise cancelling feature seems to have faded. This was quite surprising and disappointing, especially considering that I’ve been caring for them as usual, with no changes in my handling or usage. I looked up the serial number with the Bose self help from Bose’s online support, only to find out that my warranty period has expired and i would have to purchase a new set. Despite this, I can’t help but feel that this is a product defect. It’s disheartening to see such a drastic change in performance in a relatively short period of time, especially from a brand like Bose, which is known for its quality and durability. Pros: *Amazing Audio Quality: The sound quality of these earbuds is excellent, providing a rich and immersive listening experience. *Comfort: These earbuds are comfortable to wear for extended periods. These reasons alone keep me from picking a pair of airpods but its becoming more tempting. CONS: *Mic Pickup in Busy Environments: The microphone doesn’t pick up voice well in noisy environments, which can be a problem during calls. *Right Earbud Volume and Noise Cancelling Issue: The right earbud has become significantly quieter, and the noise cancelling feature has faded over the past few weeks. *Lack of Charge Indicator for the Case: There’s no clear way to know the charge level of the case. *Long-Term Reliability: The recent issues raise questions about the product’s durability and long-term performance *Pairing and Connectivity Issues: Pairing the earbuds with a device can be very frustrating, and they often need to be repaired In conclusion, while my initial experience with the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II was positive, the recent issues have led me to question their long-term reliability. I hope Bose addresses these concerns in their future products.

Great sound, terrible mic
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound quality and noise cancellation, however the microphone is absolutely TERRIBLE. On every call that I take with these earphones, the person I am talking to says they can't hear me or can only hear background noise. The Bluetooth connection is also poor, I have had consistent issues connecting from my phone. That issue seems to only be on mobile - my laptop connects without any problems.

Good sound,
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound quality is as expected from Bose, excellent. The noise canceling is decent. The microphone and all other functions of the device are trash. They removed wireless charging and press to connect to another device. Its sad when 30 dollar devices have been able to connect to multiple devices for 4 years yet thsse dont connect well to 1 device. The previous model was much better, even though you had to use one hand to change sond and the other to pause and play.... theg removed everything good.

Good sound bad mic
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Its sound is good. Typical Bose sound with crisp and clarity. Only issue is with its mic. If you are in a meeting or on a call, it will make your voice sound as if coming from tunnel and with full background noise. Ita onlt good for listening to songs to watch movies. Dont tske it if you are going to use it for calls. No update received so far from Bose related to it.

Posted .Hi, I am glad you love the sound quality of your earbuds and know you can trust in the crisp sound bose provides. It is surprising that you are picking up background noise during calls. This could indicate that the ear tips are not orientated correctly: https://www.bose.com/en_us/support/articles/HC741/productCodes/qc_earbuds_ii/article.html

Amazing except major flaw. Can’t be used for phone
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to keep these headphones.noise cancellation and sound are great. Comfort is great. But if you use the headphones for a call, and you are not in a quiet room, the person on the other line won’t be able to hear you well. It picks up a lot of background noise and static. I did all the trouble shooting but they just have to go back. It’s too bad because they had a lot of potential.

Posted .Hello,
We're happy to hear that you've been enjoying the audio of your headset. While single earbud listen with the left ear is not currently supported, we are working on adding a feature that will let you use either the right or left earbud independently for listening and calls. If you already have the QC earbuds II and use the Bose Music app, you’ll be notified when this update is available in mid to late January 2023.
