Amazing sound but pricy.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this earbuds for a few weeks and I love them. I love the way they sound and the way they fit. Usually I like to use AirPods since it’s easier to connect to my other Apple products but they always seem to slip out when I use them. There’s no issues with this ones slipping out since they have different size wing tips. They are comfortable to wear even for hours. They are pretty easy to control since you can control your music without taking your phone out with the touch functions on the earbuds. There’s a few things that I don’t like. Sometimes when I’m laying down and I lay one my side with my earbud on they change the songs or lower/raise volume, so I would say they are really sensitive. But that can be avoided so not a deal breaker. Another thing I don’t like is that it’s kinda hard to take them out of the case itself. Also the battery life isn’t as good as I would like it to be but it still last around 5 hours(using immersive audio). Other than that I would 100% recommend them even if they’re a bit pricy.

Truly best of breed!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are really good earbuds! I got both these and the Sony WF-1000XM5, and as a BB total member, had some time to make the decision between the two. Went on 4 flights and compared overall performance between the two options, and the Bose came on top on almost everything besides one feature, at least for my individual needs (i travel a lot and mostly use the earbuds in flights): 1. Active Noise Cancellation: The Bose are way better in the ANC feature than the Sony, especially in flight, but even overall in a noisy environment, with high volume conversations in the background, The Sony were good, but in my opinion not even remotely close to the Bose. 2. Comfort in the ear: I liked the Bose ear feeling more, they're not as big inside the ear and the ANC makes it that they don't have to be pushed all the way in the ear to function at a high level. the Sony has this foam like material that expands in the ear, which on the positive adds some more blockage to the noise, but on the negative after a while you start feeling in in your ear. 3. Sound quality: I think the Bose are a better sound overall, both on phone calls and on music. Watched several TV shows and a Movie with both, and the sound coming from the Bose was more crisp and rich but the sound from the Sony was more bass and deep, so i guess it's a matter of individual preference. 4. App: having both apps, i can definitely say they both suck, but the Bose app sucks a bit less. I had some connectivity issues with the Sony on both my Samsung S24 Ultra and my Lenovo Laptop - maybe it was a local problem with the pair i had, but the BT kept disconnecting from the earbuds perspective once every couple of hours. No connectivity issues with the Bose. The only definitive advantage i found with the Sony earbuds was the microphone. the mic on the Sony is way better when having a phone call when compared to the Bose. the Bose have this echo resonance in the background but the Sony sounds good and clean. Verified with several calls to people and getting their feedback on how they heard the conversation from their perspective. Overall, these are great, and for my individual needs the Bose were just a bit better than the Sony ones (higher need for ANC during flights and emphasis on sound quality).

Great sound and noise reduction. Controls quirky.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My first pair was the Quiet Comfort II but had to return them for the rubber surround coming off. These are the improved version of that model. Sound is excellent with enough bass to thump. Pairing with my Samsung S24 Ultra surprisingly simple. The included ear foam and surrounds gives you a lot of fir options too. The only thing to get used to are the controls. A touch, doulble touch, slide, etc. can be confusing. Watch YouTube videos will help a lot. They are not cheap but quality isn't cheap. Try them out for yourself. Enjoy!

These Are It!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Yesss!!! I could tell immediately when i was setting these headphones up that these were going to be my go- to everyday buds. I tried out 2 others ranging from $180 to $400. This was rhe proce range i wamted to spend. With the Bose QuietComfort Ultra+++ just the noise cancellation/ spund control is top notch. The total control i have without ever having to pick up my phone to turn the volume up, pause the music, skip tracks, AND they’re ridiculously comfortable. Ive had iPod Pros since theyve come out. Everytime they come to around a year old, they lose connectivity and functions. So ive decided to try something new. I hope these will pass the test of time! The picture shows true depth of the buds. They were bigger than i expected but doesnt sacrifice comfortability.

Great buds
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality is amazing, the noise cancellation is top notch, but the awareness mode is surprisingly functional. Have tried and been underwhelmed by the immersion mode, so don't really recommend, but when they're in, and in awareness mode, they're comfortable enough that I forget I have them in. Top marks. Best of all, they connect across a really long distance, so I can leave my phone in different parts of my house and still listen to books and music.

Boss Bose!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I decided to give Bose a try after using Apple earbuds for years. After a month of use I can tell you that I’m not disappointed. The comfort and sound are second to none and while I haven’t 100% memorized the gestures yet, I’ll give the edge to Apple there. But regardless, the Bose are Boss in my opinion!

Bose is the BEST at reducing Noise
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far after a month of use, I am very happy with my earbuds. Bose has a amazing sound profile. They are simply unmatched in the noise canceling department. Top tier if you ask me and also much less fatigue of my ears when I wear them for extended periods of time.

Bose Always Delivers!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I enjoy Bose products. I have a couple of them myself and I respect how Bose is always placing quality above anything else for their products. This new entry of the Bose QC Ultra Earbuds is no different and also delivers on that quality. This is my review of the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds. *TLDR at the bottom ========== IN THE BOX/FIRST IMPRESSIONS/COMFORT: In the box, you get the earbuds in a matte white case, a USB-A to USB-C cable, different-sized ear tips/stability bands, and some documentation. I recommend playing around with the different-sized ear tips and stability bands to maximize comfort and noise cancellation. My first impression is that these do stick out of your ear and aren’t as lowkey as other earbuds. I would even say, a somewhat outdated design. The case is wonderful and feels nice to the touch. It’s also easily portable and should be able to fit in most pockets. I enjoyed how comfortable these are. These are certainly some of the most comfortable earbuds I have used. Even after hours of use, not much discomfort appeared. They also stay inside the ears even with constant movement. ========== SOUND QUALITY: The sound coming out of the QC Ultra earbuds is all quality. They sound seriously marvelous, which is what I would expect from Bose. Whatever genre I was listening to from Rock, Hip-hop, Latin, EDM, Metal, and more, all sounded great. Out of the box the earbuds tend to have a balanced sound with the lows being a bit on the heavier side but overall, it isn’t too noticeable. Calls are solid too, all I want is for them to hear me clearly and for me to hear them and these do just that. The one criticism I do have on sound is the LOUD startup sound of the earbuds. The second I put these on there is a loud sound letting you know that they are in your ear and ready. I’ve looked around the app and unfortunately, I have yet to find a setting to disable the startup sound. ========== FEATURES: The Bose QC Ultra earbuds have plenty of premium features that many earbuds at this price point would have. First, the noise cancellation is top-notch. These do cancel out sound extremely well especially on “Immersive” Mode. I would go as far as saying these have some of the best noise cancellation compared to all the earbuds I have tested. “Aware” Mode which allows you to hear sound from the outside works great too. These earbuds also have what Bose calls Immersive Audio. This is Bose’s version of what others call 360/Spatial audio where the sound of your music feels like it’s coming from all around you. There are two versions of this: Still and Motion mode. Still is meant to be used for when you’re sitting while the other is when you’re in motion. Of the two, Still mode sounds the best in most situations. While the Immersive Audio feature is neat, I wouldn’t enable it when watching or hearing videos where the content creator is using a binaural microphone. The feature tends to mess with the effect that the content creator wants you to hear. The battery on these earbuds is remarkable. I have not needed to charge these much even with noise cancelling on. I was able to use these for days before needing to charge them for the first time. Finally, the Bose Music app can be used to access other features like EQ and firmware updates. ========== WHAT’S MISSING: These features are neat but there are features that many premium headphones have that these do not. One of the features is wireless charging. I know Bose is selling a separate case for these earbuds that provides this feature, but I strongly believe it should already have been included at this price point. Another feature that I felt should have been included at this price point is multipoint connection. In this day in age where one person likely may be using several tech products at one time, being able to switch between them seamlessly is a feature that would be very helpful. The QC Ultra earbuds only allow for one device to be connected at one time which is a bummer at this price point. While testing, there have been times when I have needed to quickly switch devices due to calls on my cell phone or Teams on my computer. ========== CONCLUSION/TLDR: Overall, these are quality premium earbuds. They sound amazing and the noise cancelling feature is some of the best I have tried on earbuds. These are considered premium earbuds at this price point, and they do have a lot of premium features like noise cancellation and Immersive Audio. On the contrary, they also lack some premium features that I would’ve liked to see included. These features are wireless charging and multipoint connection. But if you don’t mind the lack of these features, these are excellent earbuds that won’t leave you disappointed. I strongly encourage you to give them a try!

Bose Innovation! Perfect Earbuds! Cutting Edge!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ever since I was in my early twenties, I was a really hooked on everything made by Bose! Bose products are always innovative and have cutting edge technology. Today this product was delivered to me and I’m in love with the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds. I literally couldn’t remove these earbuds from my ears as the sound quality is amazing! The highs and lows are astonishing! I listen to lots of music on a daily basis, so I was anxious to compare these earbuds with some of my other high quality products which I already own. I own around 6 different earbud products from various manufacturers and I truly love this set of earbuds. First of all they have a superior comfort level when worn for long periods of time. Bose rocks!! These particular earbuds blow the competition away as the sound is awesome. I have several favorite songs that I listen to and play almost daily and these earbuds produce sharp, clear crisp sound reproductions! I now hear subtleties in my music that I never heard before. Amazing highs and low bass sounds abound! I’m hearing more enhanced sounds now than ever before. Battery life is fantastic especially if you consider the case adds extra listening life to these earbuds. These earbuds have controls on both the left and right sides which are easily accessed and controlled. It works well with my iPhone 13 Pro and pairing these buds was quick and effortlessly! The Bose Music App app is highly customizable and I found it to bug free. The choice of customization is huge and one of my favorite tweaks is to have my music automatically cease or stop when buds are removed. Upon reinserting them after removal, your music selection picks up exactly where you left off! My second favorite tweak with these earbuds is the immersive audio setting which adds depth to your listening pleasure. You are also able to preset a music listening favorite and save it. I can go on and on but suffice to say that this product beats all competition hands down. These earbuds are also customizable with an equalizer and you can push bass or treble boost to your specific taste. When I tested this product I truly heard pure music with these earbuds! No extraneous sounds bled through during my listening experience. Bose is a true innovator when it comes to their products. These earbuds are a true powerhouse and will blow your music listening experience to pieces. Amazing product. I am highly recommending this product as it’s the best money can buy.

BEYOND all others
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ultra--Beyond the range of limits; Beyond the ordinary. Bose Ultra--what a great name for these incredible earbuds--they are BEYOND all other earbuds! They are so good, my wife liked mine so much I gave them to her and I had to buy a second pair for me. Best ANC earbuds, hands down. Aware mode (transparency) is also great (I thought it was just as good as Apple Pros). Quite comfortable for hours at a time. These buds stay in my ears whether walking, running, eating, sleeping (well, until the pillow knocks one out of place). The sound is RICH and has DEPTH--and the immersive mode brings some music to a completely different level (I have found that some things I listen do not sound as well in immersion mode--so it is really a personal preference). I have not had connectivity issues with these (I did with several pairs of QCIIs). In my opinion, these are by far the best earbuds being sold (and I tried pretty much every option over the last few months--Beats Studio+, Sony XM5, Apple Pro (2), Sony Linkbuds S, and Quiet Comfort II). And they look fantastic--the metal touch bar on each bud adds style! I do wish they had multipoint connection so that I could connect seamlessly to my iphone/ipad/Mac, but that isn't a necessity (for me) and Bose does give you the ability to choose a device to connect to at a single time. So definitely not a deal breaker for me. I know a lot of people bring up the lack of wireless charging--wired charging works for me so again, not a deal breaker for me (AND Bose now offers a case cover that allows the case to charge wirelessly). My only real complaint is that the Bose app does NOT show the battery percentage of the charging case--you have to rely on the colors of the tiny lights on the case to figure out when you need to charge. (@Bose--y'all really need to fix that!). So hear is the bottomline: Sound: 5 out of 5 ANC: 6 out of 5 Aware (Transparency) 5 out of 5 Connectivity: 4 out of 5 Battery: 4 out of 5 Comfort: 4.5 out of 5 These buds truly are ULTRA!
