Great but...
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great earbuds from Bose as usual BUT there's a price to pay for top tier noice cancellation and thats ear fatigue. No complaints just cant wear to much longer than an hour and the battery life needs to improve. These are constantly being charged more than my regular rotayion buds. Sound quality is clear and bass is heavy but volume is also lower than expected. Good all around ear buds and id purchase again.

Best purchase ever for earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When from apple airpods to bose and they dont even compare. Bose is agead of the game when it comes to earbuds. Excellent sound, and great bass for ear buds. Only bad thing I can say is that they dont go loud enough volume wise. Noise cancellation is phenomenal. Highly recommend them.

Time to leave a review, Great Ear Buds!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been leaving reviews on other websites for a long time now, and figured it wouldn't hurt to leave a decent one for this product on Best Buy. To start off, I love the packaging to this product. It is simplistic and easy to access. Just tear away the little paper strip, and it will allow the buyer to remove the "outer shell" to get to the tasty morsel inside! The product comes with a charging cable, large and small ear bud tips and some large ear grip sizes (the part that grips to the inside of your ear when you twist them into place). It also comes with instructions, but who needs that! Next, we have the ear buds themselves. I decided to go with the white smoke color because it goes well with my other electronics. Now, to discuss the product itself and software. The connectivity was seamless! I followed the instructions from the Bose app, and it guided me through connecting the device. It allowed me to choose a name for my earbuds. This isn't a big deal, but it does allow for finding your device easier if yours is named something special. I decided to go with "Ear-Hole Commander", which I'm sure no one else has taken. After setting the device up through the app, I decided it was time to use my lovely little $260.00 earbuds, and I have to say it has its WOW and its ehh factors. For the WOW factors, it sounds great! I own quite a few sets of ear buds and over-the-ear headsets as well. These little buggers from Bose do not disappoint! I had to move a step down from the original ear tips because the medium size (I guess) was putting too much pressure on my ears and when I used the "Awareness Mode", it would sound very muffled when I talked to people. I swapped out the headset at Best Buy because the issue annoyed me so much, but after the issue started again, I realized it was either a software or hardware issue and luckily the muffled issue went away after moving to a lower size ear tip. The app is very simplistic when it comes to an equalizer, but this isn't always a bad thing. It does come with some present that sound decent, but I have always enjoyed doing my own EQs to get the best sound I can get out of a device. I own the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headset as well and these are well on par with them. Also, I would like to briefly discuss the noise canceling during calls. I tested these earbuds beside my large fan because I have a habit of sleeping with a fan every night, and my family members said that the calls were clear with no issue. I want to go over the three modes that the ear buds provide, which are the same as the headset as well: Awareness, immersion, and quiet. In my opinion, the awareness mode sounds great. It can make you feel like you're actually at a concert and surrounds you with perfect audio. The still is basically how the audio sounds without any extra effects added to it, and awareness allows for you to hear others. Now, let's talk about the so-so bad and just straight out bad. First, the ear buds battery life and volume. I let these ear buds charge for a good six hours, which is well over the time needed for them to charge to 100%. I talked to a few friends and family members less than an hour, and it had already dropped to 90%. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but just keep in mind that the battery life doesn't seem to be a high point of this product. Second, the volume. In comparison to AirPods Pros, these are no competition based on loudness. I always enjoy damaging my eardrums and with my iPhones, I have the volume protection turned off and these are still low volume to me. It is nothing centralized to just these ear buds because the headset has the same issue. Overall, these are the only issues I have with the headset. They are 100% better sound quality than the AirPods Pros. I love my AirPods, don't get me wrong. They are probably still going to be my daily drivers if these begin to annoy me in any way, but currently I can put these ear buds in, turn on immersion mode, and just drift away like sheep to the rhythm of the war drums. Hope this review helps anyone! If I can or provide any updates in the future, I'm more than happy to! I daily provide reviews on other large sites, so I try my best to be as detailed as possible.

Too expensive for the volume
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While the sound quality is good they were difficult to pair up and they don't get loud enough. Not happy at all with the volume for the cost.

Posted .Hi Cody, I'm sorry to hear one of your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds is only playing at a third of the volume you'd expect. This shouldn't happen, even after 1-2 years of use, so try giving the earbuds a reset as follows: https://support.bose.com/s/display-articles?isSessionCreated=true&productId=01t8c00000QEpawAAD&articleId=kA08c000001fEhACAU&language=en_CA. Great for music not good for calls
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Noise cancelling is amazing. Volume is not that great since they aren't that loud. I took my earbuds to the gym and the battery went from 100% to 50% in a span of 2hours of just playing music. If earbuds are used to make or receive a phone call keep in mind you wont be able to hear a thing, the volume of the call drops drastically were you can barely hear a thing even though volume is at max and the noise cancelling stops working.

Posted .Hi Bella,
We appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback! Not being able to hear the other person during a call can be incredibly annoying and I'm sorry to hear you've experienced that with our QC Ultra Earbuds! That shouldn't be happening and we'd love to investigate why that could be happening.
You mentioned the volume was all the way up; some smartphones have variable volumes so on-earbud controls can work independently of the smartphone's volume. The next time you use the buds, can you check the volume is up on both the phone and the buds? If you're using an Android phone, there may be multiple volume sliders with one called "Call Volume" that may need to be increased.
If you're still having problems, we're here and happy to help! Head to https://bose.life/3ET4mCs for contact details.

Nice but can be better for the price and brand
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They sound nice. Wish they were a little bout louder. They also are sensitive so if you have a pet or child that brushes against your ear they will pause. Some times it doesnt always connect so you have to put back into case and then open case and put back into your ear for the connection to begin. the rubbers on the upper part of the bud feel like they will damage eventually due to the way you have to grab these out of the case. They look cool and the imersivee audo is impressive. You literally feel like your in your own world and can hear no other outside noise.

Posted .Hi Isaac, I'm happy to hear you like the sound and look of your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, and have been enjoying the Immersive Audio options! Unintended contact with the touch controls might cause your music to pause, but this should happen rarely, if at all. If your Bluetooth connection appears inconsistent, then re-syncing the buds and case as you've described is one thing to try. Rebooting your smartphone is another thing I'd recommend. For anything else, our customer support team will always be happy to assist: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US. Warm regards, Fiona M. - Bose Customer Support

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed in the earbuds. Definitley not worth $300. Save your money. Ear buds always pause music or hangs up calls when you adjust the ear buds. When you're on a call the other person sounds far away. Music not loud enough.

Posted .Hello,
I would recommend checking the fit of your earbuds following our guide here https://bose.life/464ZWoC as we would not expect you to need to constantly adjust the earbuds during use. Should you need to adjust the earbuds during use, please touch them by the side of the earbud to avoid touch the touch sensitive surface.
We can help you with this, please contact us https://bose.life/contact for support.
