Posted .Happy to hear you like the QuietComfort Ultra Headphones' noise cancellation and the easy-to-use Bose app. If you're not happy with the bass output, don't forget the app has an Equalizer (EQ) section. You can access this by going to the home screen and tapping "EQ". You can then boost or reduce the bass, among other available audio settings. I hope this helps! Excellent Headset- but lacks bass

The main complaint is the lack of bass, it’s quite flat. I will sometimes pull out my $30 headset to listen to music/videos where I want to feel rumble in my ears. What is good about this device, is the noise cancellation, ear comfort, and light weight on head. I struggle with turning this off/on, since the Bluetooth button is also the power off/on button.

Bass is almost to much its strong!

If you aren't getting as much bass as you would like I would suggest using the Bose Music app allows you to use the Headphones Equalizer to adjust the bass level to your preference.

Extremely dissapointed

I was broken between this the momentum 4 and the skull crusher anc 2. So i bought all three of them to make my decision. Highly dissapointed with the bose qc ultra. Im using iphone 15 pro max and the volume for these are atrocious. They are to low. I like loud music so that was the first turn off. Anc is good about the same a little bit better compared to the momentum 4. Crushers anc 2 anc is meh compared to both. Definitely not even close. Bose has the best ambient sound with sennheiser second than crushers. The base on the bose im sorry is complete trash. Senheisser sounded better than the bose in all aspects. Obviously the base is way better on the crushers. But what overall killed it for me was the sound. I gave it 1 stars just because of that. If you like vocals sure knock yourself out. Best build easily are sennheisers than bose than crushers. If you want loud like me stay away from these. I dont know how they sound with android. These are definitely going back.

I expected more from Bose especially with this price tag. Nice quality feel and other than that might be a good fit for others but I like a bass heavy headphone.
