They are very comfortable and wasy to pair with your devices. The sound quality and noise cancellation are super, but unfortunately I had to return then back because the the sound over phone calls and meetings keeps breaking and people on the other side were not able to hear me. I don’t know if mine was defective or it’s a defect in this version. Return was easy. Great customer service.

I wanted to love these headphones. They look great, they sound amazing, and the Bluetooth is the most solid I've ever had. The multi connect is awesome. The problem is the microphone. I bought these primarily as a work from home tool, for meetings. They worked fine for a week or two, and then the microphone started fading in and out. It seems to work okay sometimes if I shout, but when talking at a normal volume it either fails to pick up my voice, or my voice is way too quiet. This is the case on window, mac, and Android. I googled a lot and tried changing the self voice setting, but so far nothing works. Bose, please fix this issue! I read many other accounts of the same problem, but no one had a solution.

      Hi there,

I'm happy to see that you're loving the sound, Bluetooth connectivity, and look of the headphones.

When using your headphones on calls, please double check that there is nothing obstructing the microphone ports near the hinges of the ear cups. I'd also suggest making sure that the headphones are not leaned too far back when worn. This could reduce pick up response and quality.

The sound quality is really good noise cancellation really good. It’s a good set of headphones. My only issue with these or for me it wasn’t comfortable on my ears because of my piercings so that’s why I give it a three star rating if I were rating for sound alone, it would be a five star!!

Anc is really good. but it does bleed. which means others around you can hear what you are listening to. which is a big no for me in the gym… but if you dont care about that then these headphones are a solid pick up.

I'm happy to hear you like the ANC of your QuietComfort Headphones! Others around you shouldn't be able to hear your audio content clearly unless you use the headphones at louder volumes, or unless they get up close to you. One thing to make sure of is that your headphones are sitting on your ears correctly, providing a firm but comfortable seal around them. This will prevent any additional leaking of sound to the sides. I hope this information is useful! Warm regards, Fiona M. - Bose Customer Support bose

I was disappointed by the sound quality of the headphones. When the headsets were connected via Bluetooth, a squicky/scratchy sound came through. However, the noise-canceling feature, color, and app were top-notch. I wanted to keep the headphones, but for the price I paid, I shouldn't compromise on sound quality.

The Bose headphones are more comfortable than the Sony WH-1000XM4. Also they are easier to fold up into the storage case. That said, I was disappointed in Bose’s battery life as well as the sound quality. Sony was far superior plus the tap to pause feature was convenient.

These are great for noise canceling and sound quality. However, they are terrible for the gym. Doing any sort of workout that has me on my back or at an incline and my headphones will slip right off my head. To listen to the movies, YouTube, music, and TV on the phone it is great but when it comes to phone calls it sucks either the person I'm on the phone with hear my surrounding more than they hear me or they hardly hear me at all especially on windy days. if I'm using a Skullcandy $20 headphone they hear me perfectly fine that is the only downfall about this

I bought these on sale for $200 and I ended up returning them. The noise cancellation was very minimal, even when putting it on the highest level in the app. Additionally, every once in a while the audio would randomly stutter, even if my phone was right in my pocket. For a $200 pair of headphones, or $349 full price, this problem should NOT exist, and the noise cancellation should be much better. It’s real disappointing not only because of its price point, but also since its other qualities are good. Connecting to devices is super easy. The lilac color is cute. I never had to charge it a second time after receiving them and the audio quality was good too. However, the aforementioned negatives overshadow the positives in my eyes, especially for the price.

Sound quality and noise canceling are as good or better than any of the top contenders I have owned or tested, but the comfort on the ear is not great. I can wear them comfortably for an hour, but they start to hurt after a while. I like using them when I work to block noise and listen to background music. I also like to wear headphones on long flights, but not these.

The product utself is 5 stars. Has great sound, deep bass and perfect treble. I only have 3 stars because Best Buy customer service is trash. Only honoring price match in 15 days is the lowest in the same industry unless you buy their trash upgraded membership. Best Buy needs to fix this and if not this WILL BE the last purchase i ever make wirh Best Buy. Fix you return period and pprice match, your current service is a spit into the face of 10+ year customers and new customers. BOSE return policy is 90 days. DO BETTER

I recently purchased this headset for a trip and was sorely disappointed. When I put it on, I noticed a lack of air circulation, leading to significant ear overheating, sweat and discomfort. The tight fit also contributed to headaches, making it difficult to wear for extended periods. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the full extent of these issues until I returned from my trip, which meant the return window had already closed. I would strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider this headset if comfort and long-term use are important factors.
